Last May, I attended a birthday party that had a cake from here, and it was SO good that I knew I had to remember it for my son's first birthday party this year (so good in fact that I ate 3 slices at that party!!). I ordered one for this weekend, and it did not disappoint!! They were very easy to work with, allowed me to send designs I liked, and made it pretty easy. We had a dinosaur theme so I was able to get a fondant dinosaur, fondant eggs, and a fondant 1. They can do any flavor cake, and while I wanted to go crazy, I also wanted it to appeal to the masses so I got Funfetti with strawberry mousse filling and vanilla buttercream. I am terrible with spacial relations so I accidentally ordered a much too larger for us size, but I don't mind because I get leftovers!! This cake was absolutely massive and it was not expensive at all for how much cake we got and how it was decorated!! I was very impressed. It tasted so good and the whole party loved it. Definitely will order a cake from them again!!!

I ordered a “designer” cassata cake for my sons birthday and was impressed with this bakery through every step of the process. They responded to my email very quickly and communicated back and forth without issue. I provided a picture of the cake I wanted and the end product was absolutely perfect. Price was fair as well. And I was so pleased that even though the cake required a lot of frosting and decoration it was not sickly sweet. It tasted just as good as it looked.

Thank you guys SO MUCH!! The cookies for my Mermaid themed shower were so good and beautiful! None were left! I really wish I had more. I think there was a hint of lemon. I’ll be ordering just because very soon! Everyone loved them!

A friend recommended that I consider Sweet Beginnings for my wedding desserts. I went to just pick up some cupcakes to try before placing an order for my wedding and I'm glad I did. My fiance and I tried a ton of cupcakes-- oreo, yellow with chocolate, vanilla, lemon, carrot cake, and red velvet. We also got a chocolate chip cookie type thing with mousse-- we were thinking of getting a cookie cake for the wedding, so I figured this would be pretty close to it. It pains me to write this, but my fiance and I just think everything was ok. The cupcakes were very moist and I loved the chocolate frosting, but it was nothing really spectacular. I was super disappointed with the oreo cupcake because the base didn't taste like much besides vanilla. The only part that I really didn't like was the chocolate chip cookie thing. I tried it without the mousse and it was dry and just not my favorite. I hated writing this review because the staff was sooooo nice and the prices were reasonable, but it had to be said.

So my wife ordered me a cannoli cake when I receive the cake on my birthday it turned out to be nothing more than a chocolate chip muffin cake with buttercream frosting on the inside and out. It was supposed to have real whipped cream and cannoli filling, and when I called the bakery to let them know about the mistake in the cake, they tried to explain to me that I don’t know what I’m talking about that it had both real whipped cream and cannoli filling they just call it cassada cream. So I offered to Bring the cake in as we ate very little of it they said no need to bring it in they couldn’t do anything for us. I’m very disappointed never have I been treated so poorly. I hate telling people to boycott a small business but this one isn’t worth your time I promise

I placed a custom order of Thanksgiving and Buffalo Bills themed cookies and received what is shown. I was too embarrassed to serve these at Thanksgiving. These are nothing like the standard of cookies displayed on their Instagram. I was extremely shocked with this low quality product and when I reached out to them privately for a possible refund, I got no response. Please be very wary of placing custom orders with this bakery.Update: when I tried to reach out to them via Facebook, I was blocked by their Facebook account. This “business” is a scam that will take your money and give you a product a child could make better and then ignore and block your attempts at reaching out to them. Beware of this business.

This bakery scammed me. I ordered 2 dozen custom cookies and received cookies that were misshapen, messy, broken, and dripping with poorly mixed icing. I could have made prettier cookies with a blindfold on. They clearly don't take pride in their work or their customer service, as I tried reaching out to them on instagram and facebook and was blocked by their account. BEWARE of doing business with this scam bakery. If you would like to see photos of the cookies they gave me, check out my google review, they are shocking.
