Staff super cool decent food of course it's taco bell but there food is nice and hot the taco for the first time nearly burnt my tongue I'm down with that the food is hot.

I don't know why I keep coming back to this place. They can never get an order right. It's not a language barrier, I am Hispanic and speak Spanish fluently. These people just really suck at their job.
The worst taco place went thru drive thruan got home an they forgot half my order an the taco shells were stale I ended up throwing it out what a waste of money never again. Taco bell yu need to do better!!!!

I love Taco Bell. I hate this one. Most of the time, service is very bad. I went today, it's 3/14, Pi day. They advertised on TV this morning as well as online that they are offering Mexican Pizza for $3.14 because of the date. I went to the drive through to get one. I asked if they are selling the Mexican pizza for the $3.14. She very nonchalantly said "ummm, no." That was it. I asked if she was sure and she said yeah. So I left without ordering anything. I was looking forward to this all day. This location frequently has issues, between staffing issues like this, to foods being missing from online orders. I'm not going here anymore, please just close this location, or find some reliable staff. They just opened a new location a few miles further on Walden, I'm going there from now on. It's worth the drive.

Ordered my food online 30 minutes later showed it was ready. I got to Taco Bell only to find out it hadn't been started. Waited another 35 minutes. When I said something I was told that a worker had thrown up everywhere and now they are short handed. Who wants to hear that???? Then I got home no longer hungry just to find out it wasn't our order. So many issues with this location. Won't be going back so happy a new one is on Walden.

I would give this Taco Bell ZERO stars if I could. Quite frankly the worst Taco Bell in the buffalo area. The food is ALWAYS made incorrectly and the order is ALWAYS missing several items. Drive 5 minutes down Walden to go to the other location if you can. This one is pure garbage. Not even sure how they are still open to honest.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in the area, very slow, almost never any staff. Closes early and doesn't follow posted hours. Can take upwards of 30 minutes for small orders. Also I'm that 30 minutes they fail to get the order correct.

This Taco Bell location literally needs to be shut down. Unless you are someone who is going inside to sit down and eat with 20 minutes to spare DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have given this location approximately 5 chances. Every single time I go to drive through with a mobile order. They tell me it’s not ready yet and to go inside. I go inside where there is a swarm of 5+ people all waiting. The employees are hanging out in the back chatting while people are getting more and more angry. The Taco Bell app won’t let you cancel, the employees won’t refund or cancel your order for you even if they ran out of the food (hint hint they always ran out). I have lost approximately $30 from going to this location. Posting this so nobody else will waste their time or money.
