“I was very pleasantly impressed. The drive through line was impossible long so I went inside, and everyone on staff from the order taking cashier, to those preparing the food were extremely kind, attentive, patient, fast and generous. There were a couple things that were off of stock like the spicy ranch which was on everything we ordered, and the cinnamon twists but the staff went above and beyond to compensate for these things. The man preparing our food came up personally, explained that the spicy ranch was out of stock and took the time to give us a side of all other possible sauces to make up for it, as well as a Slushie to help cheer up my 2 year old who's been suffering from a stomach bug the last couple days. They replaced the twists with several fresh baked cookies and were very apologetic for the inconveniences, offering a couple different solutions. It's been a long while since I was greeted and treated so kindly and with such respect and care at some place as simple as a fast food restaurant.
