After cancelling a 2nd night at another hotel upon arrival because it was awful, my teen daughter and I were thrilled to arrive at the Courtyard. It was clean, parking was easy and the front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lobby and the rooms seemed recently renovated and we were happy with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and pricing was reasonable. Would recommend staying here if you need to visit the Buffalo area.

Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom was small but functional. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub, small but adequate for hotel this size. Would next time ask for room facing away from Sheridan Drive so it’s not as noisy in the morning.

There was a glob of toothpaste on the bathroom counter when we arrived. There wasn't any soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The bathroom wall had coffee spilled down it. The room hadn't been dusted in ages.

I was staying at the Courtyard Buffalo/Amherst over the Christmas time period and that included the Christmas Blizzard. The hotel was short staffed during the blizzard but you would never be able to tell. Infonta and Curtis kept all the guests well fed, happy and assisted any way they could. I cant express my gratitude on how these two kept the hotel up and running. I honestly don't know what we would have done without you two. Thank you again for being there!!

After three days in a house with no power and no heat during the worst blizzard we have ever experienced, my husband went out on foot searching for somewhere we could shelter. The Courtyard Marriott was open, and despite being extremely short of staff, had managed to clear their parking lot so they were accessible. My husband say, “I have never said this and meant it so literally: their efforts were a life-saver.” We’d like to thank Ayesha, Infonta, and the other staff who kept the hotel up and running during the worst blizzard in forty-plus years for efforts far above and beyond the call of duty. We don't know what we would have done without you.

We arrived 5 minutes to close and ordered a breakfast sandwich and oatmeal. The worker told us that we couldn’t order the oatmeal because it takes 10 minutes to make and they close in 5 minutes, even after explaining that one of us is gluten free and can’t have anything else on the menu. The breakfast sandwich took more than 5 minutes to heat up in the toaster oven and was ice cold on the inside. Place has potential but we received horrible service and subpar food.

The room was extremely clean. The beds were soft and comfortable. The customer service was on point. The breakfast food from the Bistro was great. I also enjoyed some me time in the whirlpool. Ayesha checked my family in. She has awesome customer service.

Housekeeping does not clean rooms even though you call ahead for service. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels a couple of days, and price does not incude breakfast for Marriott elite members.

This is my go to Courtyard in the Buffalo region. If you don’t have to stay downtown, can manage the 10-15 minute commute each day for work, this is a great option. The hotel has been updated inside / out, with minimal renovations still ongoing on the interior. The Bistro is open again, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, and they take care of elite members!! I’m in the region for business 1-2 times per month and outside of winter when I stay closer to where I work, this is the best and most reasonably priced Marriott in the Buffalo/Amherst/Niagara region!!

I had several good stays here over many years. I had recommended it. My most recent arrivals have been marked – by filth. The hotel was less than 1/4 full; it does not clean rooms during stays. On my previous stay, I found short curly hairs in the sink and on the toilet and long hair in the tub. This stay, I arrived after sunset. The rooms are dim. I was tired. In the morning, I found that I had been walking on pieces of dried pizza that covered the floor; sauce stained the carpet. I picked up the pieces and blotted the sauce. When I left for breakfast, I was told the room would be vacuumed. When I returned, it had not. After I waited to speak to the manager, I was told he or she was too busy. I vacuumed my room. I cleaned the mirrors of spittle. I replaced the toilet paper. The property is strewn with rubbish and cans – even at the front door. Management’s emails are either @gmail.com or rudramanagement.com; guess this is a Marriott in name only. PS - I sent this to management 16 hours before posting it; no response. Coincidentally, I cannot now cannot access Marriott's reviews. Interesting.

rooms are great, remodeling the hallways, stayed there before everything was great but that was years ago, the remodeling is freshening up the place looks nice. Like the location, easy on and off the expressway, convenient to shopping & restaurants .
