Not very impressive. There are some cozy tables up in front but the rest is like a cafeteria- uncomfortable with bad lighting. Basic bar fare and a watered down tiny drinks. I used to waitress downtown and was hopefully far more attentive and engaging.

Love this place. Great service, and the food is always hot, delicious and fresh. Great crowd and I love how the lights are dim and its just a nice vibe. If you go earlier its very nice to be out with your family. My one and only concern would be pleaseeeeeeee put a baby changing table in the bathrooms. Us parents have enough to worry about when out with our little ones. Ither then that, we will be back.

We ate brunch here yesterday. Hand a good bloody Mary and mimosa. The jalapeño grits were amazing. Fried chicken sandwich with the fried egg was also very good. We picked this as a random spot to go after not being in Buffalo for a while. We will recommend this place to everyone.
Food was excellent. Mac and cheese and steak burger phenomenal. Fries was delicious and crisped. Like the atmosphere. Never been here before but it wasn't busy or packed to know the difference.

I tried this place at the behest of a dear friend and I'm glad I did! The burgers were great! The ambiance was cheerful, and the waitstaff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The drink menu had some unique beverage choices, as did the food menu... some interesting twists on old favorites.

Seated promptly on arrival for our reservation, greeted immediately and drink orders fulfilled and orders taken ! Love that they are able to safely make my meal gluten free and even able to enjoy an appetizer as well which is huge ! Food was delicious and such large portions ! We love this place and will always return
BEST BURGERS IN WNY, PERIOD!!! Actually all the food is truly delicious. It is my go to for Chicken Wings, one of the best around. Their hand cut fries are so good too. The staff is all very friendly and that's hard to come by in this day & age. Great job everyone, we will be back!

Our second visit. We were disappointed that our group of seven couldn't get separate checks, which caused all sorts of confusion since hardly anyone was carrying cash. The server was nice, but kept on forgetting things.

This was some of the best food I have had going out in a long time.. Everything was fresh and delicious. The waitress was wonderful. I really like the atmosphere. It was clean. They had so many things on the money that I wanted to try. Can't wait to go back.

Had a reservation at 1230pm 12/3 with family for lunch. Being GLUTEN FREE w/ celiac I went with the brisket chili and it was amazing great flavor definitely prefer this over traditional chili! Plus the hand cut fries ? were delicious and also great there is a dedicated fryer that makes people with food allergies feel they have more options to eat out. I love the Burning Buffalo! They have a dark, comfortable ambiance and it feels intimate when you're seated at a table. I usually sit at the bar and the service is always top notch. There's a great cocktail menu and their food is delicious. Definitely a great spot for a date night or if you're looking to take yourself out.
