guys… if you’re coming here expecting a Michelin Star meal, relax. enjoy your beer and talk to the friendly employees. don’t come to google and post 1 star reviews because your burger from a shack was so-so. go to Liberty Hound, then! i love that this place is here - we need cute little shacks with hot dogs and beer on the waterfront. my dog always gets a treat, too ♥️ 5 stars for having ice cream within a walkable distance of downtown Buf :)

Dos X.

They really need to consider starting over with this place. There were 6 people working even though the weather was bad and there was nobody in canalside. The menu is not updates online and prices are 30% more than advertised online. They screwed up a basic plain sahlens hotdog by cooking it to the point of being the diameter of my pinky. It was shriveled burnt salty nothing. Bun was stale and tasted like nothing. Condiments is a table of tiny pouches of ketchup mustard vinegar and sweet relish so you'll need to open about 8 or 9 tiny packets. If I ordered fries I would of been there all day trying to get ketchup out. They were also playing weird jazz porn music, which just doesn't go with the waterfront vibe. Who is actually in charge of this place and checking for quality?? Please just start over!

Stopped by for a quick bite to enjoy sitting by the water. Took 30 minutes for a burger and curly fries. For $32 we got a bland burger with the plastic still on the cheese and unseasoned curly fries. The burger was inedible and clearly a frozen Sysco patty. There was also something hard in it (a bone?). We really need more choices on canalside.

Salad was good but Reception is rude!

Good but expensive. Regular hotdog was $5, order of fries was $6, lemonade $3. Waited maybe 5-10 min for food which wasn't bad. I probably would not go back.

Not much of a selection but a place to grab a bite while biking or visiting Canal Side. I wanted lunch, but ended out getting a snack. The woman who waited on me said not one word. I had to alert her I was there since she was engaged at the counter with her phone- although I do believe she knew I was there. When I asked her where the mustard was, she pointed. So that was rude.

Horrible. The hamburgers were way over cooked and , this is the best part, the bottom of the roll was frozen.
