First time at Rose tonight ahead of a Sabres game. We were greeted by a very friendly bartender, provided exceptionally quality service throughout, and asked about our meals and opinions on future ideas by Lisa (owner). Bang bang shrimp were top notch and happy hour specials were extremely fair. As a bonus they offered us a discount as attendees of the game and let us park in their lot for no additional charge throughout the game. Will be back and will bring the whole family next time.

What makes this place is the super friendly service. Staff are over the top nice. Asked about a beer, got a sample. Kids at the next table were given Twinkies for dessert. Offered up 10% off as we were going to the Bandits game. Best service I've had in a long time. Burger was solid but the Philly Cheesesteak was the better option - beefy, cheesy and a bit spicy. Love the old school crinkle cut fries!

Have been here three times, food is great love the food but the service is not great.. first visit wasn’t too bad could had been better but second and third time had to wait a long time for drinks and on last visit almost walked out.. love the atmosphere and most the food but not sure if I will go back.

We went for dinner,ordered chicken wings with garlic parmigiana sauce and my wife had a falafel wrap.Both were delicious.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because there are no dessert options.The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted at the door.If you’re going to a game or concert and looking for a spot I recommend this place.It is close to the arena and close to the waterfront.We will be back

This place is great until it isn't. Owners and staff are phenomenal. Just order food and leave. I've been here many times for happy hour. The music is banging but don't get to comfortable. Stopped in after a Bandits game when we realized they were open til midnight. Found a couple seats at the bar and was greeted by Daniel right away. He was incredibly friendly and made awesome drinks. After a while the owner Lisa came over to ask us how we were doing and show us around. You can tell everyone there takes great pride in their job. They had a DJ playing when we got there which was loud, but at the opposite side of the bar so we could still talk. We didn’t try any food this time, but the couple next to us got the egg rolls and they said they were really good. Can’t wait to go back!
