I specifically ordered and PAID for two medium NUTELLA ice caps. I order a Nutella ice capp everytime they are advertised, which is currently being advertised on the drive thru signs, inside the store, etc. I did not receive two medium Nutella ice Capps, i received two ice Capps with chocolate liquid. My issue is that IF I WAS TOLD THAT NUTELLA WAS NOT AVAILABLE, THEN I WOULDVE GOT SOMETHING ELSE OR WENT TO A LOCATION THAT HAD WHAT I WANTED. They NEVER said anything about not having Nutella available, INSTEAD THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DID AND GAVE ME TWO DRINKS THAT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED, they straight up lied right to my face in my opinion because what I ordered and paid for, was NOT what was given to me. Like I said they never said anything about not having what I ordered instead they just pretended and acted like they did if they would have told me they didn't have what I wanted and paid for I would have changed my order no big deal but now I paid for something I don't want because that's not what I they never said anything about not having what I ordered instead they just pretended and acted like they did if they would have told me they didn't have what I wanted and paid for I would have changed my order to something different, no big deal... like I'm offended that they would assume that I am dumb enough to not notice the difference between Nutella and a brown LIQUID. Not to mention the girl that took my order at the speaker, was unbelievably rude, if you dont like working with customers DONT WORK A JOB THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two medium nutella ice caps and a chocolate dip donut.... nothing crazy, not a large anount of items, and i was the only customer there .... so its alarming that 2/3 of my order was completely wrong...... This occurred around 1:45pm and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. The donut I got was cold, hard, and gross but at least it was the type of donut i ordered. My mother is very sickly, so to make her smile I wanted her to try the Nutella ice Capp bc she loves Nutella, so I went to this location on my lunch break and got one for myself and one for my mother.... A SIMPLE DRINK TO MAKE MY MOTHER FEEL SLIGHTLY BETTER. I would've went to a different location or ordered something else but instead they took my money and gave me things that I DID NOT WANT?? IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WHAT SOMEONE IS PAYING FOR, THEN SPEAK UP AND TELL THE PAYING CUSTOMER THAT INSTEAD OF TAKING THEIR MONEY AND NOT GIVING THEM WHAT WAS PAID FOR. I feel like I was just robbed honestly. Unacceptable, inconsiderate, and disgusting. I will not be spending another penny of my money or anther second of my time at this location. The quality is so unreliable, I should've seen this coming especially when she tried to hand me BOTH drinks at the same time.....

Absolutely horrible, this place can not get a mobile delivery order right to save their soul. Everyone I have ordered has been wrong. Then I have to sit on hold for a half hour calling Tim's headquarters to get a refund. BTW, That takes over a week. Even the door dasher said how horrible they are... I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will tell all that ask how bad they are...

Walked in to restaurant w no other customers and three employees and still waited fifteen mins to even get acknowledged. Poor customer service and bad coffee. Tim Hortons used to have great coffee n service not anymore.

I came to this location on Tuesday. I got a few doughnuts for the kids and ordered a bagel and coffee for myself. The drive thru was fast and service was good, coffee was cold enough to drink as soon as I got it and doughnuts were fine but the bagel was so burnt it made my car smell. Very disappointed. Will not return to this location.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a Tim Hortons.A few weeks ago there was a fly in my coffee.Then about a week later a worker curses me out for placing a “large order”. Then instead of getting an apology from said worker or even a gift I am gaslit by the GM and about the situation because I called and asked for the kids name who swore at me and was essentially given the wrong name. Being told “you did receive your whole order” when I never said I didn’t. There is zero accountability and no way to reach corporate so I am on a mission to tell everyone how awful this location treats their customers.I honestly want to discuss with corporate but of course I can’t find any working numbers.Don’t go to 1474 Seneca St.

Terrible Tim Hortons location. Ordered a meal and got no drink. My bagel was burnt black, the meal says it comes with two eggs and they only put one on it. Avoid this location!!

Unreal. Employees screaming , yelling and swearing at each other. Manager was apparently in the office while they were screaming at (him)(her)?F bombs flying, hands waving, simultaneously filling orders for the drive through. Never seen anything like it. Total circus. The manager clearly has no control. Entertaining if you work in the business because there was nothing held back. Shitty manager? Fed up employees? The owner of this establishment should be giving out free doughnuts to watch this shit show.Hand clap to the employees for not stopping making orders though

I've never met someone so miserable at their job before. The guy on the intercom was extremely rude and cuts u off everyone u try to order something. We don't have senior discount we don't have mixed berry smoothie. Apparently they don't have anything. Never been so mad at the treatment I've received at a fast food place ever before. I will never go to that Tim Hortons ever again.
