Horrible experience every visit to this Tim Hortons location. By far the worst customer service and quality of food for any Tim Hortons in the area. Stay away unless you are in dire need of coffee at the train station.

Always serves me as promptly as possible no matter how long the lines are. Only issue is district please stop telling your managers to utilize the 1 to out stock rotation vs 2 to 1 etc. By saving 2% inventory you're costing your stores thousands when they have to tell customers they're out of products.Happy Holidays :)

Told me they were out of hashbrowns at the drive through then my buddy went in 5 mins later and they had hashbrowns magically I will not let this slide Tim Hortons Broadway I spit at

Once again, they tell customers to wait at the speaker until they are ready for you to pull up...making the line reach out into the parking lot for no reason at all. This is absolutely insane this tims should honestly just be shut down.

It’s literally a win if I get my coffee order right from here. Are people getting paid properly or paying attention to training? And it’s not ever busy when I go so what’s the problem ? For specialty drinks Expecially when they cost 6-7 dollars a piece I expect them to be made correctly and paid attention to. My latte is never made correctly. Stir the Flavor in with the milk add expresso and done not that hard it’s made wrong everytime

place is garbage when you go to drive through they ask you to wait at speaker till order is ready before driving up keep there numbers up. only have 3 to 4 staff memers working at a time baker,sandwich/bagel station/ register. always closes
Long wait for a 6 item doordash order. Everyone in the store looked stoned and unkempt and unhygienic. Three employees were walking next door to the head shop with a stash can. The order I was picking up took 10 minutes. During the wait, I saw an employee opening up cappuccino mixes with her mouth. The manager standing right next to her, not acknowledging what happened until I said that is disgusting. I would advise everyone to not eat here. You don't know what else the employees are opening with their mouth

This is a brand new location - right now gas is $3.09 regular cash/debit - also there is a Tim Horton's inside - you can get baked goods, breakfast/lunch sandwiches - there's a drink station for coffee, slushees etc, it's also a full market for snack, chips etc. Go visit while it still smells brand new

Employee seemed put off that I ordered 2 panini sandwiches. Bread wasn't even toasted, cheese wasn't even melted.
