Repeated order to me... then I paid, went to 2nd window and got nothing resembling my double checked order.The staff here at ECMC says to remember "if there is no line, don't dine"Then while complaining, no one knew english ??

Since there is no other way to contact this establishment here I am. I wonder 3-4 coffees daily from here. I order xl most times and 90% of the time I get a large. This morning I ordered with the mobile app. Got to work, went to counter and they were talking. Looked over at me, grabbed my slip and started to pour my coffee then stopped and started doing something else. All while touching food with no gloves! I walked away and will gladly lose out on my $7 on a coffee and egg bites I spent today and never return.

Ecmc Tim Hortons staffed by Middle Eastern women who get the order wrong. I always order a large. 1 week I got a small drink, I explained. She argues I ordered small as if I'm unaware of what I ordered. I told her I always order a large drink. Chilli, the other week, list Buns, but I found crackers instead of buns.Wheelchair accessibility: None.

Horrible customer service very rude the impolite I ordered a $14 chipotle, steak and cheese wrap meal. When I got home It was a chicken wrap with very little pieces of chicken too much cheese a little lettuce and tomato in the bag. That is not what I ordered these people are very rude when taking your order. When you try to ask them about your order, they get a attitude I would not spend my money here you will not get what you order. When I told the lady that that was not the donut that I ordered that I told the lady that I would decide because I didn’t know what I wanted. She put a cream filling doughnut in my bag and continued to argue with me when I’m the customer. I will be contacting you today thanks for the reply.

This Timmies is in ECMC and busy is the catch. These folks always have a customer. However they work hard and fast. I just wish there was a selection of doughnuts at quitting time.

I want to do a big shout out and thanks to Clarissa at this location! I ordered some coffee and timbits for my sister, who was in the ECMC Emergency Department. I tried to get someone from the ED to go down and pick them up, since I live in Phoenix AZ. When I explained my dilemma to Clarissa, she said "don't worry, I will bring the order to her". You are an angel and I will be forever grateful for your help!!!Tim Hortons - you need more people like Clarissa!!!

After realizing the order window was around the corner from the pickup window, I finally came to the conclusion that it must be a mobile only establishment. Customers on their phones picked up coffees but I could not get anyone to help me. Finally gave up and got vending machine coffee. One more reason for me to dislike Tim Hortons.

Wanted to order something. I guess was I wrong line . Girl was very rude. And would not answer me on where to go. Thus Tim's is in a hospital. Walked down from my room with broken wrist and back. To be treated extremely rude.Terrible person working there. Fire that woman.

Most staff are very rude! If you get a donut, ask them to hold the flies! My son desperately wanted Timbits, but I think not! Went to another location. Good luck with your order!
