Employees do not follow instructions when you add.Or subtract from menu items, Nor do they put it in the computer so that they can do as asked/instructed...3 days in a row...same outcome....sandwiches are cold barley toasted, sad

Rudest workers ever! Workers keep gloves on, touch everything(doorhandles, countertops, other utilities), then touch the top of your cups. Flies in the display case all over the donuts. Won't recommend going there.

Walked in to use the bathroom before ordering food and an employee started banging on the door a few seconds after going in there. I told him “one minute” but he continued. I walked out less than a minute after using the bathroom to the whole restaurant watching and he said “long time, right”. No… bro… I was in there for a minute and you’re banging the door down. No apology or anything. Left without ordering food because I was so pissed.

Was not served because I had my teenage granddaughter’s with me. I am 59 y/o and the kids do not attend Riverside HS. They attend CSAT we stopped on the way to their school. Staff member were yelling get out to them while I was standing in line.

Placed an online order of a dozen donuts for an event. I was told the order was ready. I Went to pick up the order and informed by a worker that they ran out of donuts at 7pm (store is open until 11pm). The store was Unable to reimburse me and now I have to fight via email to get a refund because customer service only handles this through email.

Brian on overnight is absolutely ridiculous you really have to pull thru at night to hear his attitude. He seems like he could be a nice guy but he's always miserable everyday! I can't take it anymore an have to say something! The way he responds to paying customers is a joke. If I hadn't been coming to this location 10+ yrs I would have riped him out the window
