I was here with my fiance while she was induced in labor and was appalled by how rude the staff is in a very sensitive environment. I walked over at 430pm the evening we were there for many hours to be told they are not serving any food. When I went to check the next morning without any sleep at all to see if they were open I was hollorred at telling me 3 times "We are not open!" I said my apologies I've been here for 14 hours straight no sleep I wasn't even near the line for the shop I just peeked around the corner to be talked to like that. Unbelievable that in a hospital you could be so rude. Thank you for a great experience with the birth of my daughter.

I don't like the way they just shove the food at you in the drive thru, sometimes I have to ask for them to put the food in a bag. I know they are trying to keep the line moving but it makes me feel so unappreciated.

This Timmy Ho's is located in Sister's of Charity Hospital on Main Street. I placed an order at the wrong location & ended up here. Lol My 1/2 dozen donuts were picked out for me & only 2 are what I was going to order. Other locations let u pick what u want when you get there, but they picked them out & it was not a great selection. They also weren't as fresh as others. I will only come to this one next time I'm at this hospital. Employee was all that friendly either.
