Food is consistently under cooked. Especially the muffins (4X in a row now) which have icy cold centers. Tried calling 3 times but since nobody answered I suppose I'll leave a message here.. Come here almost daily and I'd change the review if you check your oven.

Today was definitely one of the worst customer service risks ever, and a management blunder!Why would you let someone who sounds, and looks ghetto in your service window to represent your company? She is ignorant, rude, argumentative, and indolent!! I see we do not think too much of ourselves Tim. I will never visit this location again. I've had many jobs, but always treat people with the decency, and respect. Some customers still care about this!!! I'm surprised you don't notice how that whole plaza becomes grid locked whenever she is working!!! one person's vibe can kill a business!

3:30. Slim pickings. Maybe 2 different types of donuts. Out of steak and chicken and couldn't do the ham and cheese due to no bagels. Place is a joke. Go down the street and test your luck there

I've always been a huge fan of Tim Hortons and stopped at this one as it was the closest to where I was heading. However, the donut I ordered was super hard and did not taste fresh.

This place is utter disgrace ! Poor customer service ! I waited in line for about 15 minutes for a double double, while the employees stared me down with no acknowledgment what’s so ever. it’s sad that we keep spending our money at Tim Hortons and all we get is diluted coffee and poor customer service most places are better then others to be honest .Stay clear !!!?Btw TIM HORTONS stop using the mixing spoon that’s been mixed with others peoples coffee that’s disgusting ?

My first time here even though it's close to me. I came for the berry muffin. This is a big location and super busy. They often have a line in drive through that backs onto Delaware. Service was slow but friendly. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.
