If you want perfect coffee (not to dark and not to light). This is the perfect place for you. I always stop for coffee here but if I go out of town I take their coffee to go. I don't just go without it. That would be like going somewhere without your favorite shoe's. Tim Hortons has the best Panini's. I love the steak and cheese or just the cheese. They always have meal deals also so you could have a coffee, panini and a muffin. You can change the sides to make it the way you like it. I know this is a lot but I am very very picky and I know what I like. Unreal. Employees screaming , yelling and swearing at each other. Manager was apparently in the office while they were screaming at (him)(her)?F bombs flying, hands waving, simultaneously filling orders for the drive through. Never seen anything like it. Total circus. The manager clearly has no control. Entertaining if you work in the business because there was nothing held back. Shitty manager? Fed up employees? The owner of this establishment should be giving out free doughnuts to watch this shit show.Hand clap to the employees for not stopping making orders though

Through the window, I ordered a BLT lunch combo, which I wanted kettle chips, and a frozen hot chocolate. I also asked for a homey dipped donut. When I get to the window, I paid for the food, but didn't get a receipt. First, I got hot chocolate, sent it back and asked for the frozen hot chocolate that I paid for apparently. Next... I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel, that I didn't order. Sent it back to get my BLT sandwich. LASTLY.. they didn't give me my kettle chips, which I asked for. They told me I had to pay for it (again) because it wasn't in my combo that I ordered. I used to work there and left for obvious reasons, which is also why I don't like going there but it was a last resort. NEVER AGAIN.

Just waited nearly 10 minutes for a latte with no line and no one inside at 7:30 on a Friday night. I watched the drive-thru worker go to the back to do. Who knows what while the person working out front continue to clean and not make my drink while I stared at her for 10 minutes. No apology was offered when she finally realized she needed to make my drink.
