Good food, but be prepared for a packed place. Inside and the drive thru is packed with people, but your order will be correct every time!

Came through abour3:30 because I had a 4:00 meeting. Ordered a hot chocolate and a cinnamon raisin bagel,$5.09, no receipt .I get to my meeting to find that they gave me a pretzel bagel. Went back after my meeting to get a refund. They start arguing with me in their native tongue saying ,"no receipt, they won't serve me". I asked them to look at the receipts because I was just there. They say it voids itself out after an hour. One young man named Z told me to come back tomorrow when the general manager will be there. They always assume we are liars and thieves when they are the ones always doing underhanded business. Always get a receipt, even if it's a piece of gum. Tim Horton would be rolling around in his grave to see how his customers are being treated now.

We came through the drive through and ordered two coffees, omelette bites and avocado toast - the food was not ready so we were asked to come inside the store and pick it up by Rumi. We said, it’s okay we will wait a few minutes and she started yelling at us and disrespecting us and said: “Ok you want uncooked food? Let me go get the uncooked food for you!” Completely unprofessional behavior by Rumi. Ridiculous.

I am a great fan of Time Hortons having tried almost every seasonal flavors and I have to say this particular store is bad in terms of consistency. Every time I order an iced coffee, it's tastes different. The staff are fine and the atmosphere too. But it would be great if we can get consistency.

They never get the order right period 3 times I've been there and every time the order is wrong when I leave the drive through.I will never return.

Store is “open” at 6am sat until 6:15am and no one came to the window when they see cars in their drive thru. Horrible customer service.

They don’t give you what you ordered they give you what they want to have. The coffee is mostly watered down. I asked for a bagel double toasted with strawberry cream cheese. It was burnt with regular cream cheese. This is not happened one time not two times but multiple times I refuse to go back to this location I called corporate on them, I just want compensation. I love dealing with Tim Hortons but you gotta be careful with certain locations and this is one of them.

The drive-thru person likes to say that they don't make Latte's, just to avoid having to fix a mistake. This has happened twice now as an excuse for why they made the drink wrong. Then say "we charged you for a hot chocolate instead." As if this fixes the situation. If you can't make a drink because you lack the ingredients or the machines to make it, you should be telling me instead of giving me a completely different drink. I wasn't concerned about how much I was paying, I was concerned about receiving the wrong drink and wanted the correct one. If you did not charge me enough, then all you need to do is refund me for what you did charge me and charge me for the correct drink or just simply charge me for the difference.I understand it's not easy dealing with a very busy drive-thru, and mistakes will happen. But don't try to keep pushing me away, giving excuses and lies as to why you made a mistake. Just acknowledge it, apologize and remake the drink to give me the correct drink that I ordered. Refusing to give me the right item, then lying about it, because you made a mistake just makes things worse. This is the second time this happened. I will not be visiting this location again.

The Tim Hortons on Kensington and Eggert in Buffalo was the worst Tim Hortons I ever been in they have one good employee he was a young man his name begins with a e the manager at that Tim Horton parks in the handicap parking spaces so no handicapped person was able to pull in she was very rude and I will never ever go back there I will advise everybody to take a look at their Beverages and food because they are very nastyParking: There was parking spaces there but the manager Parks her car in the handicap parking spaces so I had to park far away from the door she is not disable

I work behind the garbage truck, we make a brief stop here at the mid-point of our route.I appreciate that they don't hassle us about using bathrooms. Some places keep them locked and only allow you in if you make a purchase.It's always very busy when we go in, full house, but employees do their best to keep things moving, AND to keep them organized as they move.I respect the effort and they should be recognized as a team, as there is sometimes an obvious tension between staff. No issues between Staff and customers that I've ever seen, but they deserve some positive reinforcement to encourage team building, not due to a lack of something, but because they deserve to know they are working well together and feel good about each other, at ease with each other.
