I'm POSITIVE i just tasted last night's leftover coffee at 5:05am this morning!!Breakfast wasn't ready yet, even though breakfast is "made-to-order!"

I stood at the counter for one minute as the only customer (including drive thru). There were 4 employees “working”. I will say 2 of them were actually working and the other 2 were working hard at texting on their cell phones. I was not acknowledged at all by any of them. I yelled to my husband across the gas station “Do you want anything from Tim Horton’s” thinking that may spark some service and it did not. I ended up leaving. Extremely disappointing.

If you want to listen to a bunch of kids fight with each other, then hand you out an untoasted English muffin with a slab of cold butter on it..... And take 20 minutes to do it..... This is the place for you.If the manager reads this, CONSIDER GETTING SOME NEW STAFF OR LEADERSHIP lived around the corner for 30 years. I'll never be back at this location.

Donut tasted like vomit- I ordered a vanilla frosted with orange sprinkle donut - looked good but tasted like VOMIT - I had to run to the garbage and spit it out! I hope it wasn't some dumb kid that would think be funny to do something nasty to food.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot in the area. Staff are rude and grouchy, and they never ever get my order right. I now go to the new on on kenmore Ave and they are so much better!

Can’t understand a simple order all I wanted was a coffee and they were so confused by this to be expected from a bunch of high school drop outs

Ordered 2 dozen donuts through the drive thru. The employee couldn't figure out how not to charge me for an additional 8 donuts. Took multiple minutes to try to get the boxes of donuts together. Watched them from my car as they dropped different things they were using on the food. Then passed me two boxes COVERED in frosting and crumbs that I had to wipe off myself before putting in my car. Poor, poor customer service.

Worst store ever. Last three days coffee is the way you order it. I get two every morning and from this location it’s gross. You speed of service might be there but if your not making the drink right you have nothing! Spend less time on getting a dudes nails done and do your job right!!!!!!

This was one day that I decided to stop at Tim Hortons early in the morning to get my large double double coffee and the coffee was really hot and good and on this day the car in front of me paid for my coffee and I must say it started my day off right and a little later I decided to stop and get an ice cap because right now Tim Hortons is having a 12 Days of Christmas gift and instead of my ice cap being over $3 it only cost me a dollar and also the ice cap was delicious and the customer service was great there is nothing like a nice hot cup of coffee to get your day started in the morning
