Canadian coffee chain that has yummy fresh and soft chewy donuts w just enough icing and filling! I prefer this much more over Dunkin’s. The coffee is good too. But this store didn’t have whole beans to buy. But it’s ok bc the donuts and coffee were good and the bathroom was clean. The donut holes were not pasty which I hate and the Apple fritter was great w cinnamon and apple and icing and soft and chewy and fluffy. This one is right over the border from Canada near the Falls and I didn’t think there would be a Tim Hortons. So it was nice.

I am an employer at Tim Hortons, well was an employer at Tim Hortons after I got terminated for false accusation.. The manager and the assistant manager made a false statement about me and started yelling at me and my Father in front of the customers and employee. They were also bringing up stuff I do outside of work (My privacy) in front of the customers and employees and adding my family to a situation that has nothing to do with them. It got so bad to the point where cops had to be involved.. Everything was captured on video from start to finish. However, this wasn’t the first time they were picking on me this badly. This was really ridiculous of them.

I don't expect over the top service but when all y'all fast food workers cry you don't get paid enough this picture is what I hold up as a rebuttal. Just the hash brown at the bottom of the bag not wrapped or put in anything. At McDonald's the fries fall out of the pouch and slip to the bottom of the bag. But let me tell y'all, nobody prefers a greased up brick sitting on the bottom of their bag. I would say maybe this is someone's first week, but no this consistently happens. Maybe robots replacing workers isn't such a bad idea.

Guy at the window needs to work on his customer relations attitude. Dont try and rip people off and act like their order is complete when we are still waiting for stuff. Then didn't apologize when proven wrong!

Despite this location having the highest prices on coffee/tea/ food out the surrounding TH locations( Genesee St. near airport, Where/Cayuga, Where/ Union) I go here 4-5times per week for convenience sake.An aside, in the past I hand wrote a note to the owner expressing my appreciation for the good staff he had atTHAT point.Note was never acknowledged.Today was the last straw with the current staff. After spending $ 9.86 on 2 breakfast sandwiches and a tea, I was informed that I would have to pay extra for a pack of ketchup! Obviously, not the staffs fault that they would have to go back and RECHARGE customers for essentials. Not only does this upset the customer but it is a time waster in a busy environment !!SMART owners have included these ESSENTIALS into the COST OF DOING BUSINESS!!If I paid by credit card, would you require your staff to go back and charge me the $.32 cents charge you incurred for using the card ???.After shaking my head at the upcharge, I drove away with my product. Unfortunately, 10 minutes later I had to re-enter drive thru as the order was totally WRONG ! As my correct order was reluctantly made, I inquired if I could get a free package of ketchup to assuage my annoyance at having to return.I asked the young man at the window that question 3 times before he gave the perfunctory response of " I'll have to ask my manager". Of course, her knee jerk reaction was no, we have to follow policy.When I asked if it's policy to accommodate a customer who, through no fault of their own, had to return to get the PROPER order, there was no reply.At this point, some other multi-tattooed drone stumbled by and asked what the problem was.Exasperated, I waved my hand in a sad farewell to this location
