The first experience I had here was great. Everything after that went downhill- fast. Went through the drive thru last week and asked for two Biebs Brews to which they gave us two iced coffees that tasted sour and acidic. Decided to test my luck again this week and got two cold brews to which they almost gave us two hot coffees AND messed up one of the bagels we got. Asked for a BELT and ended up getting only the B. The lack of communication in this organization should be addressed....read full review
There's one employee that stands out there I think her name's Elora she always goes above and beyond expectations and cares about the customer I only go to this Tim Hortons out of all of them because of her and their Speedy service love this Tim Hortons
