Nothing worse than driving all the way out to a place only to find out their Google hours are incorrect. This Tim Hortons is inside Key Arena and therefore the hours posted online are irrelevant. Not sure if that’s Google’s fault or the store’s fault, either way - a waste of time and needs to be updated.

I came in at 7pm ordered a latte the guy at the counter told me they were cleaning the machine for the night, I said why your open til 830pm I had to threaten to get the manager.

The food is fine the PARKING LOT IS HORRIBLE GUESS I WILL START GOING TO THE ONE ON MILITARY THEY FIX THEIR LOT. TO THE OWNER OF TIM HORTONS ON SEYMOUR I WONT BE BACK AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE TILL THE PARKING LOT IS FIXED

Worst person at the counter.. She is so rude. I think she need to be removed from her job. We ordered cold coffee and cold caramel coffee. She was reluctant to take our order right and she made us hot one instead . She did not appologise and told us we should have said iced coffee NOT COLD COFFEE. She just left counter excepting us to take what she wanted us to have. Worst customer service. We left our order at counter even though we paid for it. I will never return to this place.If management is reading, it was Wednesday 7pm. I am sure most of your customers are displeased with this lady at the counter during her work hours. You might be loosing lot of customer.

We know the food and coffee are Good, but the rudeness the manager has is not acceptable, make the covid rules has she go, you can't go back to buy the police Breakfast.... But you can go back to get you coffee that make no sense and she didn't need to yell at me!!!!

This event happened on 10/11/20.I do not understand the rudeness that the supervisor (I believe her name is Cheyanne) displayed when I came in with my girlfriend.There is a difference between saying " Sorry, we are out of XYZ and we also do not serve breakfast meals at this time (5 pm)" versus "We don't even serve breakfast meals", while rolling her eyes and pacing between the back and front of the cafe. My girlfriend and I spent at most 4 minutes deciding what to order so there shouldn't have been any reason for her lack of patience. We were also the only ones on line. It appears that the supervisor lack professionalism and needs to be retrained.Her actions clearly made the trainee employees (I forgot her name) clearly feel uncomfortable and if it wasn't for her politeness and her willingness to adapt to the situation, I would have been much more upset. This supervisor needs to learn a thing or two from the trainee.

You can bring ANY item you order here to First Niagara Center for an event. I've tested this successfully for a Sabres game. My usher confirmed it. Get your cheap food/drinks before the game!!!
