I went there and I don’t like the service. I asked for a # 2 with a med. double/double. I get to the window and I get a sandwich and the coffee. I asked, where is the hash brown?, she says, you weren’t charged for the hash brown. I asked for a # 2 which should come with a hash brown. I get home and there is no sugar in my double/ double. I went through the drive thru and placed my order, 4 iced cappuccino supreme and the girl didn't put the whip on any of them then I had to request it, gave me an attitude then I had to request a carry tray for the 4 capps, she was so mad that she almost threw the thing at me. I just told her to have a blessed day. I won't go to that one ever again!

By reading these comments/reviews.. I for one has not had the pleasure of receiving any bad customer service it’s always thank you have a nice day and yes the drive threw will get busy at times it happens and it’s not always the workers fault it’s usually the customers some don’t know what they want or some have big orders! If you can’t handle the line you can clearly see it before you pull into the parking lot common sense would be park the car and walk inside!! Anyways...read full review
