I think you need better employees. The ones on 4/8/24 at 6:00am are slower than the sloth in Zootopia

Best cup of coffee I've found in a long time working the overnights. Highly

Have a family member in the ER so I stopped here tonight around 7:30 pm. The staff on right now should be commended. Good quick service and their customer engagement skills are top notch in an era when that’s extremely hard to find.

Was literally the only person in line and they still got my order wrong. The cashier seemed kind of rude, and there are no tables to eat at.

This restaurant was awful. The workers were too interested in chatting than helping customers. The coffee tasted burnt and when i asked for an extra creamer it was practically thrown at. Won't come here again

It's a Timmy's. Food was ok most of the time. Make sure you are there at the right time, they will tell you if the item you want is available or not :( I wanted hash brown but I was 5 minutes late , not for me. I enjoy the biscuits, someday they are very fresh and tasty. But others days they are rock hard. The employees are important too. A nice one can make your day go great, but a nasty or one that doesn't care can make your day crappy. For quality and usually nice employees I go to Paula's Donuts.

There app is never on, what’s the point of having an app??? It is always marked closed when it is in fact open. Do they not want the business?

Fast forward another week and, by chance, we stumbled into the Electric Tower to see the new renovation and long and behold, there it was, Fera's. If you could have only seen the excitement in my eyes.... like a kid in a candy store. Since this discovery, me and my co-worker have frequented Fera's at least twice a week.

After getting my pre surgery test I went to Tim Horton's for what used to be their delicious mac n cheese only to watch the employee pull out a plastic pouch in a streamer cut open n put in a container and that's what it tasted like to plastic NO MORE TIM HORTONS FOR ME enjoy my last $5 Employee was polite

This Tim's is inside a hospital on Abbott Road so expect long lines and a very long wait. Employees don't know how to keep the line moving or handle a crowd and it's usually understaffed. They don't honor a lot of the promotions other Tim's offer and their menu is limited. You won't get any hoagie or specialty sandwiches, soups or Mac and cheese at this location. Your order is usually prepared sloppy and their prices are always different. Two days in a row I had a bagel with cream cheese exact same order was charged differently both times. Also asked for flavored cream cheese and got plain (there was very little on the bagel) if you're going to charge extra for cream cheese on a bagel at least be generous with it. They are also very stingy not filling beverages up properly. Also the overall hygiene of the employees are concerning. I've seen employees here not using hair nets or gloves or sanitizing their hands after wiping sweat from their face then preparing food. Poor management at this location.

Yes this Tims is open 24/7. Christmas Eve/Day, New Years, during a blizzard..... these beautiful people or possible angels are here waiting with hot coffee

Don't bother trying to call the number to get any information. Just trying to see if breakfast will be served when I visit my grandmother in an hour (it was 5:30 am when I called) and I got the voicemail to some guy named Mike who didn't introduce himself professionaly. Typical Tim Hortons middle management incompetence I'm sadly used to in Buffalo.
