Unfortunately this Tim Hortons has lost its luster. The Drive through looks like a dumpster full of garbage and dropped /thrown food. Service is slow and you feel like you have won the lottery if the food on the menu is available let alone if the order is correct. Note to owner: Please put your workers at a decent wage to keep the good ones.

Incredibly slow service. It took roughly 20 minutes to receive my bagel, hash brown, and grilled cheese. Staff seemed to be very disorganized. I will not be visiting this Tim Hortons location again.UPDATE: I contacted Customer Service as requested in the Owner's response. To date, I have not received the courtesy of a reply. So much for making things right.

Drive thru is by far the best I've ever been too....and the people are very very unreasonablely patient and 2xs she let me slide 6 months apart cause my chip wasn't reading either time better than the one across from Tesla by 2 stars no I didn't work there or have a sibling who dose.

My family & I came through the drivethru & we noticed line moving really good so I thought hey 5 star service happening. Very polite operator took our order, made it to the window & same guy was rapidly putting our order together. Multi-tasking happening here! But then he handed us a single bag with 3 hashbrowns vs individually bagged into a bag & wadded up napkins he grabbed vs taking a few neatly etc. This man needs coaching he does work hard & has speed but has a couple bad habits that can be corrected. Ordered here multiple times they are ALWAYS out of something. Three times came here ordered on app and they were missing basic menu items. The 3 times I came in person they just simply say we don't have it then look in the other direction. I asked would it be taken off my order they said they couldn't do it. So then I ask for something of the same price . Never received a "I'm sorry" or anything. Today I ordered a mobile order and it came from this location.. driver calls and says they don't have what you ordered. I asked if they could takeIt off or replace with something of similar value. They offered a sandwich. I'm thinking it's something they had already made because it's rock hard and the cheese is discolored like it's been sitting out. The drinks I ordered came with no straws and the other sandwich is made incorrectly. This location is poorly run. They lack training and basic common sense. They need retraining on customer service, food handling and. Management needs to take accountability for their teams failures.

By far the BEST Tim Hortons!! My coffee order is always on point. The people working at this location are always friendly. AND they typically always never run out of things unlike most of the other Tim Hortons around. This is the only one I will come to!

Despite being the only person inside the store, I waited about 10 minutes for an employee to walk to the counter and take my order. Then when my food came, it was not all there and I had to wait a long time just for some chips.

I came her this morning for a little break, got a 2 for 6, and a fall drink. The food was fine, warm and the eggs were fresh, but the employees were screaming and yelling at each other, and it just ruin the atmosphere of the whole entire place. Just not how I wanted to enjoy my meal, argue on your own time, or when you don’t have a morning rush of customers.Parking: No

I ordered 2 icedcaps 1 small 1 medium they gave me 2 small. When I said 1 was suppose to be a medium the employee named Matt argued with me that it was a medium and that I didn't know the sizes. I tried to report the issue through the app and couldn't because the app wouldn't let me pick the location to file the report. I am someone who gets icedcaps and other coffee beverages regularly so I know the sizes and to try and insult my intelligence and essentially overcharge me because I paid for a medium is disgusting. I'll be sure to go out of my way to not stop at this location EVER again.

I’ve never strongly felt the need to review somewhere but this experience was awful. I’ve been through before and I’m not a person that has high expectations because I’d like to just be on my way.However, today I went through and the person taking my order was unbelievably rude. Like if I could have backed out and driven away I would have. Yet, the worst part was them saying “I don’t speak Chinese” about the customer behind me in the drive thru line. Note: they were not, it was just a racist comment. I watched this happen loud and clear while I was waiting at the window. Horrendous and shameful.
