You gotta love this Tim Hortons. It's located on William and Michigan Streets. It has a nostalgic look, reminds you of the 50s.It has the same menu as other Tim Horton's, a breakfast, and lunch. And of course coffee - regular, decafe and bold, latas, cappuccinos , tea, juices, water, milk, ice coffee, and ice teas. A wide variety of doughnuts and pastry. It has a drive-thru, a small parking, as well as off-street parking.Handicap accessible, restrooms, inside seating, and takeout serviceStaff is friendly and cordial.It doesn't have a vegetarian menu. Children are welcomed..

An employee hold hold up the line for over 15 minutes and she’s talking on the phone she’s not even doing her work I hate to come to the drive-through. This whole freaking slow over there like usually takes like 30 seconds to get everything to go and it takes like 15 minutes every time I come every Saturday, some girls on her phone

Just close it. This is the worst and I mean the worst Tim's ever. The people, the service, the hours are bad...horrible, terrible. I wouldn't lose a cent of sleep if this Tim's never came to be. All yall are serving is attitude and bad service nothing more than getting my cup of coffee, wrong, after 10 min of waiting with a side of attitude.

Not a good first impression. Coffee had coffee grinds in it blah! I had to repeat my order 3 to 4 times and the girl on the other end of the mic gave me attitude. Maybe she was frustrated she couldn't get the order right. Not sure but not planning on going there again. Also the Coffee tastes different in the USA vs Canada. Not really a fan if all the Tim Hortons in the USA taste like that.I was advised to contact Tim Hortons as a response to my review. The lady on the phone advised she'd pass the information on to the district manager and said maybe I'll get a free coffee ? you can keep it.
