I was at this location around 12:15 PM on 3//12/24. When I rang the bell for service, a very irritated young blonde woman took her time coming to the counter and muttered an unpleasant “can I help you!” When I asked for English breakfast tea she pointed at the shelf and said “ those areas the teas I have.” When I asked again if she could tell me if any of them were English Breakfast tea, she unpleasantly said yes and waited for me to tell her exactly what I wanted. Based on the comment dates here, it sounds like this has been going on for a long time at this location and is not being addressed. I won’t be spending another dollar here.

Woman employee is extremely rude with a poor attitude and it’s an every day thing. Can’t understand how she is still employed after reading the other reviews that confirm I’m not the only one that thinks this.

The blonde Caucasian woman who works here is very rude and grumpy. She lacks basic customer service and people skills. No greeting and no “have a great day” “take care” or even a “bye” was said to me. She kept saying that basically everything except muffins, donuts, and hot coffee were available and cut me off after I tried to ask if they had any ice caps. I ended up just getting a muffin and she look so annoyed just cause I ordered something. I was here at 11:06 on 7/3/23

6/29/23. 12:15pm.I just went to the Tim Hortons in the Larkin Bldg. and OMG what a RUDE employee. She acted as if I was bothering her! All I wanted was a chocolate chip muffin! it took all of 20 seconds! Good God!Whoever does the hiring for this location should let someone else do it.The person working there today should be fired.

The person who works this location never appears to want to be there, and often comes off as though you are an inconvenience for wanting to order things. They informed me that they do not serve bagels after 1pm (even though they have them, and are open until2pm). Not sure if this is the employee just not wanting to prepare/serve them or if it's franchise policy to stop serving certain things before closing time. Either way, if seems unprofessional. They also don't serve customers who need decaf coffee after 12pm, even though they have it available to make, and it's a full two hours before their closing time. Again, not sure if this is just the employee not wanting to make it or if it's franchise policy, but regular coffee is available until 2pm/closing, and decaf customers go unserved/unconsidered after 12pm. Unprofessional. No apologies or kindness shown by the employee when I was told these things were unavailable, with no good reasoning behind it offered to me either. Poor customer service, poor policies.

To start, service was slow, and nobody was in line in front of me. Just ordered a small coffee, and handed over a Tim Hortons gift card. I was informed that they do not take Tim Hortons gift cards. I asked where is the sign telling us that? She removed a sign that had been blocking a tiny piece of paper that said gift cards not accepted at this location. Really? Tim Hortons sells gift cards, and they can't be redeemed at a Tim Hortons? She said they have not redeemed them at that site and six years. I feel badly also because I used to give out Tim Hortons gift cards to people on the street who were homeless or asking for money. Can you imagine them going into a Tim Hortons and being told the card is not accepted?

The blonde woman is very rude every time I go which isn’t often because of how rude she is to African American customers. I asked her for a straw just 1 she tells me while rolling her eyes “the lids have sip openings on them You don’t need a straw”…. Like Why are you being difficult over a straw! She doesn’t wear gloves and has to use the palm of her hand to press on the lid where she expects me to put my mouth. Terrible customer service. If you see the blonde woman working, RUN!

My first time at this Tim Hortons, And I will not be back. The cashier was so dann rude. Very nasty attitude. My skin was boiling, I ask for a manager. He told me that he was aware her her attitude. Okk so why is she still working.

Went there last week and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. My bagel was burnt and the cream cheese was just spread in the middle of the bagel. It was very sloppy, and the apple fritters we got were so over glazed, they were edible.I gave them another chance today and ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I knew i should have checked, but when i got home it was an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Needless to say , I'm not eating thay. Now have to go back and get ehat I actually asked for. I will not give this location a third chance.

Came to complain about the same blonde cashier. I'm a nice person, who always says good morning, and thank you, she however would never respond. We understand your job is annoying, but common courtesy isn't asking for too much. Honestly don't understand how she's still at this job, after the amount of reviews about her negative attitude.
