Thank you to all the staff who worked in this incredible restaurant for 11 years. I celebrated a lot of things here. I'll always remember Steven!! I had the opportunity to have lunch, met some great ladies and then go back and pick up dinner on the last night this restaurant operated, all in the same day lol. Thanks for the amazing food and entertainment! God bless!!! ??✌??

This has been an absolute treasure in North Buffalo for a decade or more and we are so sad to see them go. If you didn't get a chance to go and they ever open again you should because they are a wonderful family, very welcoming with great food. Both the Hibachi and Sushi are excellent and beautifully served.

We were there for a birthday party for my 5yr old grandson. He specifically requested the Hibachi table for his birthday dinner. His favorite part is when the chef throws pieces of food to the diners and they try to catch in their mouths. He was not disappointed and we all had a great time and a great meal.

Great place to go for a birthday food was pretty inexpensive and very fresh just cooked right in front of you I will suggest an emperor meal

Oh my goodness.... this was the best. Worth every dollar. Loved the whole atmosphere but on the other hand there was a debbydowner of a waitress. If she kept rolling her eyes for every question I would have thought that she was having a medical problem. Once you ignore her everything went great

They charged an extra 5 dollars on a regular upgrade from a California roll to a spicy salmon. I can see 2 or 3 dollars but 5 is over the top. I also ordered a unsweetened tea which was the same price as a beer. Food was good but prices need wirk!

I love Japanese food, so I was excited to give this place a try based on the reviews alone. I had ordered take-out for lunch. Boy was I disappointed. This was the most unsatisfying Japanese meal I’ve ever had. My beef negimaki was so dry and tough and just overall unpleasant tasting.

I wish I could give Tokyo II 20 STARS!!! This was the absolute BEST meal Ive had in a long time. Staff was beyond great, the Chef was entertaining, fun and his food was spot on. The environment was clean and relaxing. I left satisfied and wanting more but I was too stuffed!! Highly Highly recommend here and eating at the Habachi Grill. Ill definitely be back.

The magic number is 16. And we were 5 short. If you want an entire table, meaning both hibachi grills, you need 16 people to fill it. A family of 4 joined us, and I'm not sure they had as much fun as we were having. I ordered the scallops and steak and it was delicious. My friend and I were gluten free and the chef made sure to exclude our items from the gluten containing ones, which was much appreciated. It was a fun atmosphere and better with more people you know. Everyone seems to have a good time. The show was great. Who doesn't like dinner and a show? I am removing a star though because we had to wait for the entire party to arrive to be seated, which was understandable, but then we had to wait an additional 10 minutes.

Beware of booking large parties here.....We made reservations a couple of days ahead time for a party of 15. We had a range of ages attending including a few elderly individuals. Half of our group arrived about 15 minutes early the rest arrived on time. They did not have available seating sufficient to accommodate all of us together and seemed to think it might be okay to put us into two separated groups. They were seating people in sections of the table that could easily have been used to accommodate us as other seats became available. 40 minutes in it was obvious we would have to wait at least another 20 minutes before we could be seated. We were so frustrated we called another nearby restaurant that was happy to take our party.

Without a doubt, the best Japanese restaurant in Buffalo. It also serves Chinese food, and I believe Thai food as well, which I didn't have the opportunity to try but their Japanese food absolutely does not disappoint. The ambiance is also great in here.

Decide to stop by with my sister for a lunch date. We both were in the mood for some Hibachi ?. It was a Thrusday morning not busy at all. It literally was only one other person in the restaurant before we arrived. I absolutely love the food here. Very well seasoned and delicious. I had the chicken and shrimp with double rice. Will return in the near future.

We love going here for Hibachi for special occasions. But we also love going here just to sit at a booth and enjoy our food. I have food allergies and they are good at making sure they watch cross contamination. Everyone is always so nice and service is always quick. And I love their white sauce (yum yum I think it is), I literally will put it on everything and I also love their ginger dressing they use on their garden salad. Their lunch specials have plenty to choose from and the pricing is good. Lunch or dinner the portion sizes are big and we always have leftovers to enjoy later. Awesome date night place as well.
