Food was excellent. The service was top notch. For such a tucked away place, it was a very welcome surprise!

Simple, no frills establishment that does have limited hours. Inside is a bit dated but the food was good and the server/bartender was great.

I am legit pleased with this hotel lounge. Staycation with my friend Tina because the Millennium hotel has a magnificent pool! The Waldens Restaurant is only open during the day. So going to the lounge sounded meh. Oh my god. Loved it! Warm lights, nice fireplace with seating. The food and service was outstanding. The waitress and bartender on that night was very nice. Started off with the Caprese Salad. We had the steak sandwich and the buffalo cauliflower bites. My friend also ordered a flat bread. Everything tasted good. You don't need to leave the property for a good meal and stellar drinks. Reasonable prices and nice drink specials!! I can't wait to go back.

This place was in my hotel, Millennium, and it was a great experience!!! The food was actually tremendous. I had a drink, a shrimp cocktail, a couple of wines and the chicken parm. Everything was great!! My server, Hallie McKinnie, was absolutely the best and nicest server I can ever remember!!! Food, ambiance, service were again, top notch!!! This was better than a lot of restaurants I have eaten at. the shrimp cocktail was the best also!!!! Very cool place. they could up their wine list but that's not a big thing here in Buffalo...... IT was very good!!

Landed in Buffalo and called the hotel. Shuttle arrived almost immediately. Check in easy. Great food. Cold beer. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was warm and attentive. Our family's new goto hotel for Buffalo. You want a boutique 4 star boojee hotel dont come here. You want functionality, service and convenience. Come here. Great workout. Great swim. Walked to the mall. Breakfast was nice as well. Cant say enough good things about this property. Mind you ive been in some kind of hotel leadership since 2005. So not my first rodeo.

I stepped into a hotel made for one night stands instead of a 4 day work trip. Carpet torn up, loud folks at the pool outside my room, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, smoke or something on the wall like a fire was covered up, tub peeling and dirty, toilet tissue on the towel bar, something all over the door. Had to walk what felt like a mile down a nasty dirty hallway to get to my room. Stained carpet and more. I feel like I am in a nightmare movie.

I had a one night stay in this hotel for a wedding in the area. As I was trying to go to sleep I noticed my neck started to itch. I turn on the light to see a bed bug. I quickly gathered all my things and went to the front desk after no one showed up to my room as stated they would after calling the front desk. I met with Lou who I showed the bites on my neck to which he said those are mosquito bites, bed bug bites you would see puncture wholes. I told him no and showed him pictures I has taken of two bed bug I found in my bed. He continued to try and avoid the fact that they were bed bugs by saying he's not an expert on bugs and he doesn't know what kind of bug was in the picture even though it is very obvious. I did not like the way the situation was handled and would not reccomend staying here.

The Millennium is nice for a short stay or mini vacation, like we went on here in winter time. We stayed in a courtyard room, which was clean and spacious, and had a pretty view of the courtyard. The courtyard was also nice, but it had a lot of underutilized potential. It wasn't the cleanest area, it needed serious sprucing up, and the courtyard bar was not stocked or running. However, the live plants, large pool, and large space were appreciated. We checked out the arcade which was dirty and run down, with little quality games, so we ended up not even using it. The location of the hotel was convenient, we walked to the mall. And, the service was great. Front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. If this place were cleaned up and they utilized that courtyard space better it could be a much more popular hotel. Just make sure that if you're staying in a courtyard room, you are aware it's pretty loud from the people swimming in the pool.

Twig Lounge has the famous buffalo wings and they make them really well! Service is always good and I would recommend them.

This hotel is not kept well at all! Upon entering my room the first thing that hits you is a funky cheesy smell from the carpet it's awful. The bathroom soap holders in the shower had grime on them and the counters in the bathroom didn't look wiped down gross. The room ac was weak and had an overall moisture in the rug and blankets. I spoke to another guest she had the same experience with her room.
