The service was pretty friendly: the baristas were approachable and conversational. The atmosphere has a different approach with a warehouse feel, yet still has the Cafe affect. I got a salted caramel late: it was tasty with a side of latte art in a clear glass cup. I absolutely love that this place used clear glass cups. It adds to the Cafe feel! There isn't many options for the way of food other than pastries and bagels. Maybe expand their menu a bit in that department would add to the experience of Buffalo being a food city.

This is a fantastic spot for coffee and pastries. The staff is courteous, attentive & knowledgeable about the coffee they serve. I like the feel of the space; it truly feels like a coffeehouse! There's a space for meetings, some chairs, and merchandise. The coffee aromas are so delectable and really set the mood for the coffee you're about to drink. I appreciate the beautiful coffee/espresso machines, the fresh pastries, the fact they have everything you need to make your own coffee at home. What impressed me is, I didn't need to really add anything besides half & half and a couple of raw sugar packets to my light roast coffee. It tickled my taste buds! I purchased four cups of coffee and a hot chocolate-not the kind that you add water to either and a couple coffee sachets to keep in my purse in case of an emergency
Really delicious coffee and friendly staff! The set up is a bit odd but I think it's just because they're fairly new so they're still working through it? Will definitely be returning.

Ordered a 3 pack of coffee with light, medium and dark roasts. First thing I noticed was a roasting date on the bags. Next was there is a pull tab on the bag and a resealable strip built into the bag. Why doesn't everyone use this! The coffee is wonderful. Great flavor and spot on roasting. If your looking for quality coffee and help support a local business, look no further. I will have to go visit the shop and check out the store.

Love this place! You can tell heart and soul was put into their products. You can get the coffee either as beans or freshly ground. The packaging is too cute (love the names) and makes for a good gift too. You can also get baked goods and fresh coffee. 100% recommend!
