One of the worst Wendys I've ever been too. Ordered 4 meals, had to wait about 10 minutes for the food to come. We checked our food, everything seemed correct, so we took off down the highway. Once we started to actually eat the food, we realized that only half the sandwiches were fresh, the others must have sat the entire time we were waiting and were barely room temperature. They also forgot to include any spoons for the frosties. My recommendation is to avoid this place but if you have to order from here, make sure you check your food twice because they don't give a damn about what they are serving.

I went there order to croissant sandwiches and I got biscuits sandwiches instead. I was so disappointed with my food I didn't even want to give a star at all and I don't drive or I would come back and get what I really order I am so mad right now and it was raining out. The cashier was very rude as well and ring incorrectly and after she rung in my order incorrectly but it got fixed and I still received the biscuits! the attitudes of these workers needs to change! Or find a new place of employment!

Worst Wendy’s in Buffalo NY. I’ve ordered 3 orders on DoorDash in the past month. First time they forgot to add my chili, second time, forgot my 2 drinks, than finally today they forgot my salad after I already called and asked them not to forget my dressing. Do not recommend.

The individual that took my order was very rude. Then waiting after 10 minutes for my order I was told that I had to wait another 10 minutes ,and was told that it is what it is. Like are you serious with the employment here???.. I'll never come back.....to top it off, all the worker do not use gloves while touching people's food, this restaurant should be investigated by BBB. and the department of health.

They manage to always cook my burgers a liitle too well done. The one line worker also had his pants down to below his buttocks, exposing his underwear. Also, the last time we went in, they only accepted cash. Lastly, simple questions about the menu have to be repeated many times for the staff to understand. I even ordered a unique item that was on the middle menu board and the person taking my order had no idea it was on the menu.

Prompt as possible service ?. Only issue is with our large number of Biggee Bags ordered we don't always get a sauce with each bag. Our last order, 2 of 8 bags had no nuggets. So we supplemented 2 nuggets out of each of the other bags to create a nugget order for the other 2 bags. Otherwise really good service & everyone multitasking, just need m o d to look in every bag order vs assuming word each bag got it etc. Thank you ?
