Dishonest took my .96 cents for a donation they didn’t ask me if I wanted to make! No response when I complained via survey.. stealing money to donate to first responders is ridiculous!

A mistake was made when my order was rung up that I did not make sure to double check on the screen myself (my fault) but the staff made it right for me regardless and sent me on my way. Always love the food here and the staff is very nice.

Put cheese on my meal when I specifically said no cheese. They do not listen carefully. And the Mac n cheese was frozen even though it was suppose to be warm and we ordered 2.

Weather you call them hogies, grinders, subs, torpedoes or any other regional variations - Firehouse has a better than average offering. Always fresh, always made to order and always tasty. I've not been disappointed in any of my visits.They make a tasty sandwich here and is a great place to grab a lunch.I'll be back.

Never seen two more miserable people working. Not welcoming in the least bit. We were inconveniencing them by showing up an hour before they close. Subs were horribly made, sloppy, barely anything on the sub. Not worth $40. For two medium subs and a kid meal.Kid-friendliness: Didn’t even get the hat or the kid treat with her combo meal.

I stopped for my time to this chain . It took 15 mins before my sub was made . Too long of a wait to have order taken and prepared. No sense of urgency in staff . If these people were firemen the damn house would be burned to the ground before they arrived . I will never be back . Stay away
Folks were nice enough but the $6.99 Steamer (small) was all of 4" long. It tasted great but to get the Medium was $10.49. Ouch. Then there was the "do you want to round up" pitch and then the proposed gratuity at checkout. The food quality/taste was great, but not enough to get me to return for the small sandwich and pressure to round up and tip for fast food.

Ordered through their food truck on site at a local fire department for fund raising. Easily ate two full size subs. I don't know if the "full size" was smaller than their typical full size out of one of their stores. Quality was very good.

Stood and waited 5 minutes while 4 girlsJust stood and talked, absolutely no one else was in the store. They completely threw my sopping wet sun together and then had to go in because they forgot several ingredients. I was completely nice about it and didn’t even get an I’m sorry and my sub was still wet after they fixed it
