Went there for a milkshake and cake. The cashier was an absolute penny pincher. She was finding any reason to charge such as a small spoonful for crunchiness. They also charge a credit card fee. The milkshake also tasted awful and had to throw it out. Please don’t visit this location.

By far the biggest rip off of a Carvel I have ever visited. Was charged over $10 for two small soft serve ice creams with one topping each on I won’t get one free Wednesday. When I asked, why so expensive and if I could see a receipt, both staff members acted like they didn’t understand me at all. For sure, will never be coming to this one ever again.

They have 2 different pricing structures for their soft serve.. on BOGO Wednesday's they charge another $2 on top of the original price for every size. $8.25 for a medium soft serve cup....First time I've ever seen such atrocious price gouging at a Carvel. They also have closed at 9:50PM and not 10PM on Wednesdays the 2 times i have gone in the past month. There are WAY. better Carvels out there, and not far from this one, save your money and go elsewhere.

I’m not one to complain nor give “bad” reviews. I believe in positive reinforcement and acknowledgement of great customer service. However, the treatment I received upon entering this Carvel location was atrocious! We were not greeted instead I was stared at with disgusted looks. I had a few empty bottles in my hands, which I threw away in their indoor garbage can. The two female associates gave me dirty looks when I was done and began to whisper in each others ears which made me feel uncomfortable as if they were gossiping about me. I then went to pick out an ice cream cake and asked if they can write on it and they failed to answer my question and snatched the cake out of my hands. Therefore, I looked at my husband and told him I was not pleased with their customer service and we should just leave. I also noticed they have horrible reviews on yelp due to the lack of quality customer service. This location needs a revamp on attitudes and professionalism.

Had my bday cake made with only vanilla ice cream and fudge and marshmallow and it was fantastic!!!!! It looked beautiful too. Anita took my order and it was ready on time and just what I wanted!!!!!

I will never go back to this location solely because of the young woman behind the counter. She is always NASTY and mutters under her breath as if I’m bothering her for doing her job. Ruins my experience every time, can’t believe she still works there with all the negative reviews about her specifically. Spend your money somewhere else.

I don’t understand how people are giving this place higher than 3 stars. I walked in with my mother in law and three kids. No one said hi or welcome.The ice cream was okay, price is average for Carvel but the customer service is lacking. The male was okay, the younger female was rude-not welcoming and acted like we were bothering her. I asked her a question and she didn’t respond/acted like she didn’t hear.. I repeated myself: I asked her for French vanilla and she acted like she’s never heard of that flavor. If you’re in the ice cream business you’ve heard of it, even if you don’t carry it. When I asked her for rum raisin she said that they don’t have it but that they have rocky road. ??!! Then she proceeded to remind me there’s a charge for using a credit/debit card. Ugh! Take your business elsewhere.I would’ve left but my kids were looking forward to getting ice cream.

Wow! Talk about a 180. For quite a few years this Carvel, minus the occasional stiff staff attitude and screwed up parking lot, had great product. Service was quick and the items tasted fresh. I've the last few months it has all changed for the worse. They serve shakes and carvelanche in the wrong cups and have cheapened out on the size even though the prices remain high. Items like parfaits and Flying Saucers are scarce and the staff is as rude as they are incompetent. The result are angry customers and long lines. I would strongly advice against dealing with this Carvel at this time. The one star is given because the product they do have in stock seems to still pass the quality test but what's the point when everything leading up to it is filled with frustration and compromise.

Decided to get the scoop ice cream instead of soft serve. It tasted stale and freezer burned... 2 scoops was $10.00.. wow... disappointed. This location was always good.

I'm surprised they dont try and charge for kids or spoons now. And my they are stingy on toppings and ingredients . It ends up being a lot of soft serve vanilla for an expensive price

Ice cream quality is extremely low. It tastes very watery. Also, when ordering a dasher, they only filled it halfway.
