If anyone says this place is less than five stars they are lying or insane. The ingredients are fresh, the soy sauce is salty, and it is all served promptly without costing an arm or a leg. My craving for sushi was temporarily satisfied.
I use to think I knew who had the best Chinese food. But then I moved and had to look for all new places to eat out. Then I found ChopStick in Catskill, and my idea of good Chinese food was challenged! After trying multiple things on the menu over the last year, I was never disappointed. I imagine most restaurants cook everything in house but after eating here it is like everywhere else I have ever eaten,bought pre-made frozen stuff that got pulled from the bottom of the freezer....read full review

Best Asian food in the area. Everything is fresh and delicious. Good prices, large portions and excellent service all around. Pleasant atmosphere although it can feel a little crowded during dinner hours. Highly recommended.
