The icecream is always fresh and creamy, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.One of the things I love most about Berrylicious is that that they are under The Vaad, all dairy is cholov yisroel and offer a variety of parev options, which all taste great.Another great thing is that they have hot and cold drinks as well as blended drinks too. They also have a cereal bar too but I will have to try that next time.Overall, I highly recommend Berrylicious to anyone looking for a delicious and refreshing treat.Vegetarian options: They have clearly labeled dairy free section which was excellentDietary restrictions: Store is kosher under Vaad 5 Towns. All dairy is cholov yisroel and has large parev selection too.

We bought an ice cream cake that was cookie and cream instead they gave us chocolate. When we called about it they apologized and said they would make the correct one but it wouldn’t be ready that day for the party - when I came to pick up the correct cake I was gaslighted by the manager telling me that the original cake was correct which is was not and that since I didn’t bring back the original I couldn’t get the correct cake - I will not be buying cakes from her anymore

We ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday - I requested cookies and cream. When we picked it up it was chocolate and vanilla. I called to complain and they said there was a mistake and another family had picked up our cake and they will be happy to make another one and I can pick it up tomorrow- not in time for the birthday. So I had no choice but to serve the incorrect cake for the party. None of the kids eat it. My husband ended up eating it . When I came to pick it up, the manager asked me where the other cake was. - I told him my husband had eaten it. He said he didn't really want to give me the other cake because then he wouldn't be reimbursed for it. Then he told me that really he had given me the correct cake because the cookies and cream comes out looking like chocolate. There are no real cookies in it. It's all mixed together. For over priced ice cream u should at least have better service. Definitely not getting my ice cream cakes here anymore

Ice cream and frozen yogurt are DELICIOUS! Do NOT get the regular cones.. they had a sharp bitter “old” taste that tasted terrible and when I said something because I didn’t want someone else to have to suffer through it.. I was told it’s a normal taste for an “extra kosher cone”… not sure what that means but I recommend staying far away from the very unsavory and obviously very old cones. Enjoy the ice cream and frozen yogurt though… it’s yum!!
