honestly the nicest service that I've had at a fast food place ever! We ordered our food and dined-in and also ordered food to-go and they waited until we were getting ready to go, so the food was ready and hot by the time we were done.
Got 4 large sandwiches in drive thru, asked for "extra extra" horsey sauce and only got 4 packets. Didn't realize it till I got home. 2 of these are just enough for one large sandwich. Anyway slow delivery and the Latino guy was too into his cellphone to deal with me. It wasn't crowded, very disappointing.There aren't many Arby's and it's always a long drive, just saying.The sandwiches were good though !Next time I'll go to the one in Massapequa on Sunrise hwy. For some reason, whenever I'm in Arby's, I'm usually the youngest person in there by a lot (I'm 35, by the way) aside from the people who work there. I'm not sure how or why it's marketed to be this senior citizen type of hangout spot, but I strongly encourage people of all ages to eat at Arby's if there's one available near you.
