“I have to COMPLETELY COMPLIMENT the staff here....there was a manager Junior and very nice lady "carla"?? Sorry forgot her name? and another very cooperative and kind gentleman that helped us when the guy I support accidentally ordered entirely the wrong thing and got the huge meal for $45 as he got confused. He has special needs. After he received the "large" order and was quite upset & confused: we went back up to the counter and it didn't take them long to understand our situation and immediately fix everything and arrange for his credit card to be credited. I sincerely appreciated this and am very thankful for their compassionate and positive attitudes.To me, they went above and beyond and I feel blessed. “Tried Buttermilk’s for the first time tonight, I’m not even done eating and I am writing this! I am so impressed with how great EVERYTHING is! We got the 8 piece dinner meal, whipped potatoes, gravy, buttered corn, Mac n cheese and Cole slaw! Seriously everything we got was to die for! “I recently visited Chick-fil-A in Smithtown and it was a delightful experience. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and flavorful, and their waffle fries were perfectly crispy. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who made sure my order was just right.“

“For a place that is constantly swamped and packed, the service is fairly quick and exceptional. All the servers and staff are quite friendly and are extremely respectful which is rare for fast food restaurants. Since it is so packed, the atmosphere kinda stinks and feels like you are eating at a McDonald's in New York City. The food is pretty good for chicken lovers, great tenders and nuggets, though I'm not a fan of the chicken sandwiches that I actually feel aren't as crispy as the McDonald's McCrispy (but I won't judge because I'm not a chicken sandwich person to begin with.) the fries here however, are bland and boring and i recommend just getting chicken and a beverage. “Nashville hot chicken is basically oily chicken with heat. Which isn't a bad thing! I have had both Prince's and Hattie B's in Nashville (even lived pretty close to Prince's until there was a fire) and this is comparable. In general I wish there was more flavor to the batter or the chicken. That goes for all Nashville hot chicken. The chicken itself was not dry, which is a must, and it was very filling. I'd definitely come here again.“

“We've tried just about every pizza place in the Patchogue/Medford area and Carlito's is by far our favorite. Now we order from here almost every week. Perfect crust - not too doughy, not too thin. The sauce is rich and flavorful. Fast delivery. And most importantly the pizza is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!“
