I will start by saying it is so beyond frustrating when you go into a business and the employees hardlyspeak English. The dining area has been nicely refurbished and was clean. We were there late, so they needed to make the chicken my husband ordered fresh. No big deal, she said it would take about 13 minutes. We sat and waited. Our food was brought to the table. I opened the bowl, which was so small that it looked like a child's portion. It was the stuffed potato bowl. I brought it up to the counter and explained I ordered the Mac & Cheese bowl. She took the bowl, put the lid back on, and put it back in the warmer for the next customer!!!!! I was in shock. She made my bowl fresh, but again, a child's portion, and didn't even take the time to melt the cheese on top. These bowls used to be much larger. In the future, we will make sure we order food at the counter to watch what we are being served.

I have been a fan of KFC for a long time. Not so much lately. I understand prices have skyrocketed everywhere, but a 3 piece meal and just a 2 piece chicken, no biscuit or side, almost $30!!! I kid you not. I went through the drive through. I guess that's my fault and you get what you get. We get home and go to eat my delicious expensive chicken, it's so dried out, we wound up picking at it throwing out the rest. Needless to say, I won't be going back for a while. This isn't the first time either. Raise the prices, fine. Try to keep the standard high just a bit.

Literally just saw what I believe to be a supervisor just openly yell at a cashier for making a small mistake of 4 dollars. I’m a supervisor at my job and what he did wasn’t acceptable, poor girl is probably living paycheck to paycheck with inflation ruining people’s lives. Customer service is brutal, especially for people whose first language isn’t English with how ignorant some Americans are, I loved the lady don’t get me wrong, she made a small mistake and was asking for help, and instead of helping her he was belittling her and saying “what do you want me to do take money out of my pocket?” No refund me the card and cash and let me pay again if that’s how your system works, I don’t know exactly, but basically giving me an attitude when he doesn’t know math either, trying to tell me that I owe more than I do trying to tell me I owe 11 dollars when I owe 4, WITH THE CASH THAT I GIVE HER IN HIS HAND. It’s all a big perception is everything experience with customer service and she understood that she made a mistake, I don’t think that he did. He was a tall, black man must’ve been mid 20s. I hope this review does something because that poor lady didn’t deserve that, I’d walk out if that were me and call HR.

***WARNING** Make sure and check your order before you leave the drive thru. It seems that something is always missing. I live half hour away. I called and complained about my missing items SAL told me to come back. Such an inconvenience!!! The food tasted nasty. It was cold. Never coming here back

I went to drive thru ordered the chicken nugget meal the cashier over charged me then tried to give Me a blank receipt.
They need to change the oil more frequently and recheck the timing for the hot wings because they were oily and dried out. Over cooked. I don't think oil was hot enough or it was too old.

This place has gone from ok to horrible and will most likely follow pizza hut in going out of business soon. The staff is incredibly rude andcthe food is horrific at best. Sad because this was always our go to place when our children were younger.A new chicken store is right down the street. They are clean and the food is a 100 percent better. Good bye KFC.

KFC has gone downhill in the past few years. Between the prices being jacked up and the same old food, even less then days gone by, it's just not the same as it used to be. Then the location I went to had some of the rudest people I've dealt with in a while. I'm generally a friendly person so no reason for the attitude, which in turn does not make me trust the place. I might try this location again but probably not

The food was hot which was a good thing as opposed to the one in Rocky Point where it was barely warm.I asked for an added side of cole slaw after I paid for my food not knowing you can't do that once you've already paid. They gave me a hard time & attitude. This is the one in the Selden/Centereach area on Middle Country Rd.
