I ate wiingstop before my wings were burnt and dry. The fries tasted like extra sugar was added it was soggy. My other wingstop experience was better. Please do not cook the wings so much that even with sauce it was dry.

We live about 15 minutes away but had a wing craving, so at 10 p.m., we headed out. Apparently, many others had the same craving. It was busy!! We ordered mild BBQ wings and chicken tenders and waited. By 10:50, our order was ready, and we headed home. Arrive home to find a box of HOT wings and NO chicken tenders. Rush back out, as they were going to be closing. We were so disgusted at the time wasted that we just got our money back. They didn't even care to make anything right. We will not be back.

I ordered online at 6, it said my food would be ready at 6:20. I got there at 6:30 and they told me my food was coming. It took until 6:50 for them to realize they FORGOT to print my receipt, i got my food at 7:10 In that time i saw them mess up 3 other orders as well. I wish i could leave 0 stars. If there was an option for 0 stars that would be what I would go with. I work in customer service so i'm not naïve to how difficult some people can be. Never in my life have I experienced such bad customer service. There was multiple incidents and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they just continue to disappoint. You can't get them on the phone, but if you order online they forget half of the items. They have no idea how to run a business or treat people with respect. They literally ignore people at the counter and it's honestly gross inside so takeout is the only option.
