I placed a birthday cake order for my son. The lady who took my order was patient and explained everything. When I went to pick up the cake, the gentleman's in the front were great. They showed me the cake and asked if I was happy with everything. The service here is amazing I highly recommend this place!
Yes, this is the place for quality deserts. This is my go to whenever I am in the Central Islip area. I have visited this bakery five times and each time I try something different it's good. The ladies are always friendly and willing to answer my questions. I will continue to visit when I am in CI. This place is a 10 for sure.

Immediately! Immediately I walked in and loved the atmosphere. I could tell right away it was Colombian. Very nice gentleman at the counter. I just didn't catch his name. Very friendly and welcoming.The place looked so nice. 100% I'm going back and possibly regularly. Looking forward to trying other menu items. ??
