The Chicken was over fried. The customer service staff was in rush. The outdoor drive through speaker no working properly. Last but not least they charged me , gave me the change and closed the window right away , and did not gave me my soda. My food order was incomplete. I called at the number in the receipt and that was a answer machine. Terrible
This place is incredibly stingy on giving out sauce. Ordered a 16 piece and asked for the Kfc and ranch sauce. Got home to feed my family of 5 and how many sauces were in the bag? .....exactly 2. How the f am I suppose to feed a whole family with that? When I moved up to the pickup window I do remember seeing a "sauce policy" sign, saying how much sauce you get with a particular meal, but didn't read into it much, so can't say I should've been too surprised.Go here if you hate...read full review

I ordered my food but they did not give me any forks, I asked for barbecue sauce, hot sauce, and honey mustard sauce along with my order and they did not give it to me them, I tried to call them but they did not answered the phone, they weren’t focused on my order.
