The young man that waited on me had zero personality and was not helpful at all. The pretzel was awful. Hard and barely warm. Not enough ice in the lemonade which was way too sweet. Barely 2 stars. Very disappointing.

Located at Woodbury Commons. I really don't like this place if i'm being honest: They're food is delicious and all and that's mainly why I rated it 2 stars only for the food. But in my previous review about the actual mall itself I rated it 4 stars because it was mainly outdoors. Another thing I don't like about this place is that they were mainly sold out of the cinnamon pretzels that I wanted to order because of them having to sell the last one that's okay and all. But the most annoying thing about this place is that we had to wait 12 minutes in the pouring rain all because they were sold out so we came back 12 minutes later they ended up being ready. That's the main thing I don't like about a specific mall because it's outside and every store you go to you have to sit in the pouring rain waiting for your order. I also don't like this place because the pieces are in thirds it's never like that at Newport Centre. But here it is. The Auntie Annie's is way better in JC so go there if you're interested.
