Went in to order a milkshake and they couldn’t make one because they were out of milk… lol Noticed all the ice cream looked like it melted and refroze with ice crystals on it. The employee said one of them turned up the heat and everything melted and refroze. She said nothing was wrong with the ice cream. Worst ice cream I ever had!!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady (I believe her name was Kaiya) who was working solo on a very busy (and hot!) Sunday afternoon…there was a non-stop line of customers and she handled it like a pro with a friendly greeting and smile for all!
