Ian at the Cheektowaga location is extremely helpful and friendly. He immediately welcomed me as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. As I was cashing out he was helping me with using my rewards before they expired. There was an issue with my account and he immediately called his manager without hesitation and helped me redeem my rewards. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help all with a positive attitude. He engaged in Fitness conversation and had a good amount of knowledge with what he was saying. He is a big asset to the 95 team!

Also this visit was the first time, I was offered to try the chocolate covered strawberry shake it was delicious.
