I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. I had a great breakfast at Betty's this morning. The most memorable part of it was my gluten free toast - from here!It looked like a bun, and was hefty for it's size. It was toasted & CLEARLY fresh. Crusty-crunchy on the outside, chewy & moist on the inside. It was such a fantastically delicious surprise that before I knew it, I had eaten the whole thing with butter and jam. Great gluten free bread!!
