Worst BK EVER!! Order was never right.. spent $30 on lunch for 2. Service was terrible... tattooed woman had horrible attitude, seemed like a bother to take our order..which she totally screwed up. Pop tasted like mildew, table was dirty... and I was told to eat my whopper the way it is..without cheese ..which isn't how it was ordered..plus I was given 2 orders of fries instead of onion rings. And a strawberry shake instead of chocolate shake.. the girl correcting the order was better but still said.."whopper has no cheese still".In conclusion your slogan should NOT BE " Have it your way"...it was everything but. And the fries were ice cold... BOOOO!Paid good money for a horrible experience and a stomach ache!

Like most BKs; they offer fast food at fair prices, sometimes sacrificing for quality. Been eating here for years, since I was a child really, but have noticed a slight downward trend over the years. Frequent errors in drive-through orders, interior is awkward and uninviting; good for cheap food in a rush though.

Honesty I only come here because it's near my house and I like the Hersey pies. Every single time I come here, they are so rude and unpleasant. All of the employees are very nonchalant, barely even say hello and are extremely rude. One time I waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes at the window watching the employees talk and fool around with my card in their hand and my food ready to be handed to me. Ridiculous and horrible customer service every time I come here

It took me over half an hour to get a medium whopper meal through the app. No customization, not many customers. Came to the counter, told my order. Took my entire break for my shift just to get my food.
