Chick Filet has the best chicken sandwich in WNY. The chicken is all excellent white breast meat and every bite is perfect. No weird hard objects and just enough breading. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese. When you open the box it is entirely different than any other take out. The ingredients are fresh and delicious unlike other places where they are squished and microwaved.Yes the drive thru is too slow and they clearly are trying to address it. They sent 2 employees out to take orders further back in the line and honestly, they were brutally bad. I'm not even sure they knew where they were lol. The one stood for several minutes and stared at her tablet, for what I don't know. Finally I said are you taking orders? She looked at me blankly then kind of nodded. I asked a question about the sandwich and she hadn't a clue. It took her several minutes to put in 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of waffle fries. There was a guy that I'm not certain even has vocal chords. The manager came out to talk to him and repeated it 3 times until he moved. They weren't angry, they were absolutely either drugged or brainless. Whatever the problem, the body was present but the brain was not. I say that not to be mean but just to explain how bad they were. Wow. So don't hate on them if the drive thru is slow.When I pulled up to the cashier however he was excellent. He was everything you would want, friendly, professional and I left happy.There are staffing issues everywhere and from what I saw they are trying to fix the problem with what they have as staff. I waited 12 minutes at 10:40 in the morning but the quality of the food was well worth it! And the chick filet dIpping sauce is AWESOME!!! I will be back next time I'm out that way!

Waited 30 mins in the drive-thru for 3 meals with 2 cars in front of us. Each car in front took about 15 mins each to get their order.

Chicken nuggets were dried out and overcooked they never brought us our three shakes and then had to find the receipt to prove we ordered them then once we did we were told we only ordered two and the receipt clearly said three no sauce for 3 kids meals not worth almost $50
OMG the lines are just horrible. Inside and out was just buried with pedestrian and vehicle traffic. How haven't you figured this out yet?

Wow the chicken sandwich was phenomenal! 10/10!!!! I was starting to get a little angry the line was so long but it was definitely worth the wait!! Plus they were so freindly and awesome its impossible to not like this place.

Got food poisoning from a spicy chicken sandwich. 2 people in my house got violently ill. Never eating there again!
Can’t go wrong with some chicken sandwiches and chick-fil-a sauce. Always very busy so parking is somewhat difficult and the line is pretty long inside or for the drive thru. Was nice that they have someone take your order before you get to the counter if the line is kinda long so it goes faster than you’d think. Staff is very friendly and makes sure everyone is getting their correct order. Has a smaller entrance and waiting area for the amount of people so it seemed kinda packed but seemed to be “organized chaos”
I literally always dread going to this Chick Fil A each time.I continue to because we often treat our team to meals and we have no choice.When I do go inside for my personal meals there usually isn't an issue.Though this location needs to retrain their drive through team.I have a unique name, so I slowly, and clearly spell out my name each time in the drive-thru. They still say "huh" at least 2 times, and STILL get my name wrong each time.When you get to the window you get a rude, impatient team member.This morning particularly I asked for her to repeat back our large order. In a hush tone (on purpose) she repeats back the order towards the register vs. speaking clearly, and projecting towards my car.They had me wait at the window for at least 10 minutes with cars lined up behind me.With the large order did not put napkins in the bag.Did not say thank you. Had an attitude again.And to no surprise at all. Of course an item was missing when we opened the bag at work.I really hope management reads this, and makes changes.

This is unfortunately the worst chick fil a I have experienced. Got to the drive thru window gave us a bag and our drinks and then said nothing to us, after a minute we asked if that was everything, he says I think so, yeah. Very reassuring, so we checked and they forgot a sandwich. Went in to get it fixed and no one acknowledged us out of the 15+ staff members standing there. Oh and cold fries, yay! Will take more time to go to losson because this one did not hold up to the chick fil a standard.
