I love the Chicken Malai Tikka Kebab. The food is good the service is good and if you’re looking to try something new they’re great with making recommendations.

Today makes the 4th time I have ordered food from Inchin's Indian Kitchen in Galleria Mall. Today I bought it again around 1:00pm. I have been finding repetitive burgers, fries, subs, and pizza to be BORING. So, when I saw the Indian food choice I was excited to try different dishes at Inchin's. Their food ALWAYS taste different to me in the BEST, GOOD, way. Like a quick vacation via in my mouth and nose! Homemade (as opposed to unhealthy fries thrown in a frier), healthy, interesting, clean food, tasty food!!! I love their food. Lol..a couple dishes made my eyes water and I had to drink some water to recover from the delicious heat when they generously allowed me to sample the dishes first, but I bought them anyway because l LIKED THE TASTE and I was experiencing a tiny bit of India without traveling. I am African American and at each visit the people who waited on me were so delightful to communicate with (almost like a new friend), plus they patiently helped me decide what I wanted for myself and for my grandchildren. Hmmm...I read some of the previous reviews from other people who gave them a low score due to the register "tips" option. I agree take out food should not require a tip, and there should be zero pressure to give one. The lady at the counter did point out the tip OPTION to me when I paid. While that can be uncomfortable, how is that any different from Panera's, or Starbucks, or any other place that give same tip options when they don't bring food to your table. IF counter person kindly goes EXTRA MILE IN SERVICE for YOUR benefit, why not give a small gratuity of appreciation as long as it is not under pressure. Now atmosphere, well how much can you say about any eatery in a mall. It is a MALL, soooo how do you give a 5 score for eating in a mall, but Inchin's space was CLEAN and neat. Their food is excellent, the owner and staff are good people. TRY IT!??

They are not honest, they scammed me and over charged me twice, please be careful and always ask for receipt, the first time he charged me for maximum tips without my permission or even ask me and the second time I ordered a chicken, it should be $12 but I got charged for $14 and he added open food more $3 dollars and he charged for tips as well, that my bill it should be only $14 but I ended up have to pay $20. I will never buy from them again because I don't like people who think they are smart by stealing your money...
