I wish I could.give Macy's 100 stars. I waited until I had like 6 different things off the menu to leave a review, but dammmmn every single thing is incredible. I just left with the lunch special box, you get 3 GIANT fingers, incredible, so juicy, so fresh, a huge pile of amazing crispy hot fries, and the guy was nice enough to let us upgrade the pizza, but don't try it, we're special. The pizza is always the best pizza I've ever had, hands down, I've lived in buffalo my whole life, and I've never had better pizza. Staff is great, food is unbeatable, prices are incredibly reasonable, this place is amazing.

Lunch Box special is the absolute truth.Great pizza. Shout out to pizza places that actually put cheese and pep on the pizza as opposed to giving you a mouth full of 89% bread.Older woman behind the counter was very rude to a customer behind me who simply had a few pizza questions. Stay away from her. Younger dudes were super cool.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered today around 445pm and was told pick up was 545pm showed up and told them pick up gave my name to which they said they have nothing while the girl who answered and took my order just stood there. Several time the basically called me a liar showed them my call log to which the guy replied that's our number, I said I know I ordered with you guys an hour ago. All workers where in the back eating and playing around told me I could re order but wait was hour and 20 mins . I advise to take your business else where

Drove 35 mins to try what they say is great ? pizza. Well worth the drive. Delicious pizza and I had honey drizzled on it. One pepperoni slice and one Chicken finger slice. Both delicious with friendly service.
Macy's has some unique and interesting menu choices. It's definitely stoner food, which is undeniably creative and can be delicious. However, I ordered their chopped Italian sub on two different occasions and I got two completely different items. The first time I ordered it was great, the second time, it was more "chunked" than chopped and it was absolutely disgusting. It's too bad because some of the other items have tried recently were also very good. I won't be back because of their lack of consistency in the quality of their menu items.

The last 3 times I have ordered from here the pizza has been grossly undercooked. To the point where it was falling apart and not edible. The dough was extremely underdone to where it didn't even look or taste like it was cooked at all. The wings were also extremely dissappointing this time around. Very thin with barely any meat on the bones. Both of those items for nearly $45 is outrageous for the quality. I used to love macys but the quality just hasn't been there lately and think they have finally lost my business unfortunately.
