We got 2 steak supremes subs with banana peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The cheese wasn’t melted at the bottom of all the steak, plus the sub was toasted. Having unmelted cheese was weird & it did nothing for us. The subs needed a lot more banana peppers for more taste/kick. Definitely lots of steak though.Kid-friendliness: Good spot for any age.

Been eating Master for 20+ years since I was a kid. While not the best place to dine in at (like most WNY pizza shops), the pizza and wings are some of the best in Cheektowaga. Rest of the menu can be a hit or miss though; but I do love the Hitman Sub.

Place a Order today and it was wrong and not cooked properly! Steak sub with No cheese or veggies had Cheese. The guy is lactose intolerant. Then the plain Chicken fingers weren't even Fully Cooked!! Still raw in the Middle. Sub was replaced and the finger were not. The said we will make sure we cook them longer! This place is Horrible and I Will Never Order from them Again!!

Food is not even close to what is used to be and customer service is worse. The change in ownership a couple years ago is evident. Too many good choices in Buffalo to bother coming here anymore.
Chicken fingers were not cooked all the way! Pizza is premade dough with crust so hard you cannot eat it! Not worth the 43$ I spent!

just ordered a large pizza and double order of fingers. pizza is premade dough! couldn't even east crust as it would break your teeth. fingers were gooey and undercooked in the inside! very upset that I wasted 42 and some change on this! never again!!!

So I was sitting next to my wife while she was ordering our food she order two sub two slices of pizza and a lg fries and a sixteen Oz of dr paper and when I got there I add it a 2 l of squirt total 45.63 the thing was they for got the fries and when I got home my wife called to ask where was the fries the guy and the lady try to charge us for another fries when we already paid for them when the guy took the order over the and said it back to us over the phone they just lost a customer because they try charging us something that we already paid for so be on the lookout there trying to get your money I won't order from them again.

Recently ordered a triple of charbecue wings and single of mild, the charbecue were dry…not saucy at all and not charred. The mild was a pool of grease. On both the wings were ridiculously small and the bones were black and on many they just splintered. Paid over $60 for garbage….that’s where they ended up. A clue should have been no other cars in the parking lot on a Saturday evening. Will never order from them again….used to be good….not the case now.
