Honest review here. Ordered online and put order in for 12:30 PM. Went at 12:30 to pickup my order the gentleman had it and even gave me a free pair of breadsticks bc they did not get wings in. However, I was saddened to get home and find all my food was cold, the boneless wings undercooked, and the breadsticks cold. Please make sure your food is steaming hot and you make the orders at the time requested for pickup. The service was good though.

Pan Pizza Co on Union near William is excellent Buffalo style pizza & wings! Plentiful with fresh toppings is their standard. But for $1 you can also have toppings all the way to the edge of the pizza. Maybe I'll try that next time but I don't even know if it's necessary because you get way more toppings than we've come to expect from pizza, especially with post-pandemic price increases and quality reductions at some other places. This pizza has a slightly sweet sauce that is the perfect balance to the cheese and fresh crust. Now ... the wings ... I was leary about trying oven-roasted wings because I am a traditional Buffalo girl. But let me tell you - I could have wings this way from here to and LOVE THEM! They are delicious!! Huge fresh wings with excellent quality meat, seasoned perfectly. They have great oven char - there's nothing chewy or lacking from that great hometown wing feel & taste. We really enjoyed these wings. This is our second time and I can say we will make these a weekly trip. Bravo to Pan Pizza Co and their delicious pizza and wings! Thanks also to them for being incredibly affordable and happy to see all their locations are locally owned! Both Vinny and Oliviah who work at this location were great representations of this business- things like that really matter when choosing where to spend our money, and they were both so friendly, professional and you could tell they took pride in their product. And they should, because our meal was delicious. As far as interior of the business, it is impeccably clean and everything can be seen from the counter. The pizza oven where all the cooking magic takes place is a huge piece of equipment that reminds me of high temp ovens from Italy. I'm not sure if they are the same, but the high quality yield tells me they just may be. TRUST THIS BUFFALO FOODIE GIRL & DO BE SURE TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS A TRY SOON. 10/10 RECOMMEND.

We just tried it. The $9 price brought us in but the quality and taste is going to bring us back. Pepperoni was flavorful, the crust and dough excellent and the sauce was not bland. I'm pretty sure this is going to be our favorite pizza parlor!

If this was a pizza outside of NY it would be excellent. But in Buffalo it's ok. It's like if a buffalo pizza and a school lunch pizza had a baby. Light on toppings and a sauce with little flavor, fairly inoffensive over all. If I was in the mood for a cheep pizza I would pick Little Caesars over it.

As I go ahead and order I knew what I was getting. A pan pizza for $9. Now in takeing things in to account using common sense that im not picking up a $25 pizza from a pizzeria out of buffalo. I went to pick it up. The pizza was ready rite in time. It has that Pizza Hut feel and taste but better. Without paying extra for that pan pizza style that you would at Pizza Hut. The reason for giving a 4 out on five. Is the cheesy bread. It was thin with a lack of flavor. I would Stick to the pizza only.

It beats the big name chains, that is for sure, and I certainly think it has the potential to grow, but otherwise, it's just okay.Temper your expectations, it is cheap for a reason. My biggest compliant is that the wings are oven baked, so they don't have the crispiness of traditional Buffalo style wings that are deep fried. The wings were honestly really disappointing for this reason. The hot wings also have barely more kick than mild wings at any other traditional Buffalo pizza place. I wouldn't recommend the wings unless your only option was through a large chain.The pizza was okay. It didn't have a ton of flavor, but it does taste like pizza! Again, I would easily eat it over the other cheap chain pizzerias or over microwave pizza any day. We just got the pepperoni and cheese though, so maybe their specialty pizzas are better.At the end of the day, I would rather get pizza and wings from another local pizzeria, but for a budget friendly option that's quick and easy, I would go here. The food isn't bad, but it just lacks that Buffalo flair. For $10 and 15 minutes for a large pizza, it's certainly hard to beat that.
