It’s just so boring. Cheese is borderline flavorless, sauce is one-dimensional, and the dough just kinda tastes like bread. If your middle school aged kids are having a sleepover, I’m sure it’ll be a hit, but for anyone else, you’ll almost certainly be disappointed.

They gave me a dry pizza; no sauce just cheese! I rarely go to chains and this made me nostalgic because we had Papa John’s growing up in DC and it’s finally in Buffalo. So upsetting to have a bad experience. Who wants a sauceless pizza

The Walden Buffalo location failed to check their phone number before posting on it on-thousands of flyers all over Buffalo New York. They posted my personal cell phone number and did not proof the menus correctly! Now I am receiving phone calls for pizzas. The manager replied that they fixed the problem, Apologized quickly and hung up the phone before anything else was said….

Pizza was undercooked, wings tasted terrible, and the staff was extremely rude at pickup. All of my food was already sitting on their pickup shelf and it was marked as ready on my mobile order. (They actually marked it as "picked up" by the time i arrived...) The staff member told me "its in the oven you have to wait 14 minutes" So i wait, he gives somebody else an order, sees mine there, sets it on the counter without a word and tells me "here you go leave" Do not get pizza here, go to a little ceasars where it's cheaper and tastes better and the staff aren't rude.
