I went to phams kitchen for the very first time today 4/18 with my sister's, mother, and niece. Phams has a very welcoming atmosphere. It's clean. I didn't know how to order and the wonderful woman at the register was more than patient and happy to help. I just ordered what my sister gets because pho is new to me. Probably the best banh mi you'll find around Buffalo, but still is far from perfect. They need to change up their sandwich mayo (either quantity on sandwich or recipe) as it doesn't have the rich creaminess you expect. Needs more pickled carrots/daikon on the sandwich. Was weird that pate was an optional upcharge on all but the cold cut sandwich.
